I previously bought an audi a3 from here about 6 months ago and it was a brilliant experience. I felt like there was no pressure there and then to make a decision and i was left to look at the car in my own time. Recently due to unfortunate circumstances i had to find a new car and went back to them and have got another A3. Once again the service has been brilliant. I cannot fault the staff and a massive thanks to Hassan who has been extremely helpful throughout the process both times. Professional, quick service and excellent customer support! We bought online and everything turned out fine eventhough a bit afraid at first. I called yesterday midday and received our car today at 8am! Thank you M Cars Surrey, to very professional Mr M Saleem who transacted with us yesterday over the phone. And special thanks also to Mr Faisal who delivered our car and helped us to familiarize with it. He was very friendly, efficient and supportive with all we needed. Most of all, we got the car as advertised, very good used car! Definitely well recommended!

Purchased a Mercedes SLK from M Cars few weeks ago. They allowed us enough time to look at the car and gave good advice. Great friendly service, they looked after us and made sure car was looking nice and clean for pick up. Drives amazing especially with the roof down.
Will definately contact them again when we looking for another car. Highly recommended!!!

Never use this company. If I could give zero I would.

When I arrived for my appointment to see a car they told me that they had somebody else looking at it. They asked me to wait and then returned to inform me that 'because the guy knows you're here he is going to take it'. Meaning they used my presence to make their sale while sending me on my way without so much as an apology. I asked how there was somebody looking at it during my appointment slot to which they told me they had me down at a different time. When I asked to see their appointment calendar they refused. Unprofessional and shady - possibly dodged a bullet and future issues from buying a car from them

Very good experience, professional service, would feel very comfortable coming back again. Bought a Lexus GS450H, was a bit of a stretch for me money wise but I’m glad I bought it as it was in excellent condition and amazingly low mileage. All questions were answered honestly without any pressure selling. Mohammed just let the car sell itself.

Saleem was very friendly and informative.
Car was presented to a very high standard and we were allowed to look round it and test drive it without any pressure .
Car was priced reasonably for its condition and very low mileage.

Didn't buy from them today, but good low pressure shopping environment. Got as much time as I needed with the cars I wanted to see, and friendly service from Saleem. Would recommend if you're looking for a good used car dealership.
