Wouldn’t buy an Elgrand from anywhere else. Knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I knew absolutely nothing about Elgrand’s and they were very patient taking time to explain everything including the import process. Everything that I had read on multiple forums they already had covered. I believe I have bought a first rate motor. Highly recommend!

We have just purchased a used Elgrand E52, and are due to pick this up on Saturday, so this review is based on everything up to and including purchase.

I can honestly say from start to finish it has been a pleasure to deal with this business, no pressure, time and advice given, Just Exceptional Service so far with polite and professional pleasent people.

If the rest of our journey is as good as this part, and i have no reason to believe it wont be, then it will be the best car purchase experience I have been involved in.

UPDATE: 04/02/2023

Today we collected our new vehicle ... Again the service was exceptional, Paul walked through all the paperwork and answered all our questions, even helped us purchase the car tax.

Then spent however much time we needed to get used to the car ... Simply Perfect. So much so we cant wait to go back for our service and MOT.

It is very rare you find this type of non pressure, helpfull service.

The team at Worcester were extremely helpful and had a great selection of vehicles. From what I've seen they appear to be importing the best of the best and then on top of that they going the extra mile to make sure they are as good as they can possibly be before handing them over.

We bought a 2004 Elgrand which we've had for a few days and everyone that has seen it can't believe its a 2004 as its in such excellent condition. Its exceeded our expectations.

The staff know their stuff and were great both during the purchasing process and on collection of our vehicle, letting us know the ins and outs and showing how to operate all the functions. One of the things we really appreciated was the honesty, letting us know the good and bad points before making our purchase so we could make an informed decision on which vehicle to select.

Despite being quite far from us we will definitely be returning if we ever upgrade.
