Sadly my expectations were not met on my recent visit to Hadwins. The show room is pristine however the level of customer service was not so good. I don't expect to be pounced upon as I step through the door of any business but I do expect to be acknowledged eventually! A "feel free to browse and we will be with you as soon as possible' comment from the passing staff would have been nice. No such service. Ignored like we were invisble. So after some time we walked out and went to another VW dealer. Service is everything in retail. The customer will undoubtedly buy, but from who is the question !
