Amazing. Excellent. Highly recommend. We were thrust into the world of electric vehicles when we wrote off our petrol car. Frantic research on google later on lead us to Go Green Autos Ltd. Firstly the information on the website was very easy to understand. But the best thing was the very clear video of every car that Matt had available for sale. It meant that we could really get an idea of the vehicle without even leaving the comfort of the sofa. More investigation online lead us straight back to Go Green Autos. We have had the car for 3 weeks now and we couldn't be happier. Matt made the whole process very smooth and gave us easy to follow instructions on how to drive the car and how to charge the car. Excellent service and very fast inspection date. I was updated at every step and provided with photos and videos of the car, along with Matt's opinion on the car. He is very knowledgeable and all my questions were answered both before and after purchase. There is only so much you can learn from YouTube, so it's always good to have someone who knows how the car should look/drive. Highly recommended!

Delivery was (fortunately) delayed due to a new issue with the fan/heat pump on the car that Matt noted as it was being loaded onto the delivery truck (it was fine during checks prior to this). Matt tirelessly searched for the source of the problem and went far above and beyond in fixing the problem very promptly - we had regular videos sent through to us showing us what work was being done which reassured us and taught us a lot too! We know that a good job was done and just grateful that happened just before delivery rather than just after the car had travelled across the country!!
Matt kindly rearranged delivery as soon as the issue was fixed and we are now very happily enjoying our new car!

Brilliant buying process. We never actually saw the car in the flesh until it was delivered. However, don't let that put you off if you can't get to view it. Matt recorded videos, took photos and explained everything he was planning to do to the car and pointed out the good and bad points. When it arrived I was 100% as he said it would be. I will recommend Go Green Autos in a heartbeat. A trustworthy, honest and reliable dealer.

Matt at Go Green Autos has twice supplied green plates for me and on both occasions I couldn’t have been more impressed. The online ordering system is very easy to use, Matt has always responded extremely promptly, the plates have been in the post same day, in my hands within 48 hours and, with the help of Matt’s excellent video guide to fitting, on the car in no time at all. The service at Go Green Autos is far superior to other specialist EV dealers I’ve encountered and I reckon with Matt that’s always the case, whether you’re buying a set of green plates or spending a thousand times more on a brand new van. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Apart from a brief test drive in an MG ZS, I'd never driven an electric car before. Matt was welcoming and friendly, and he answered all my many questions with patience before we embarked on a relaxing test drive around rural Oxfordshire. This Leaf Acenta, with the optional 6.6kw charger, ticked all the boxes. It looks and feels almost like new, drives beautifully, and Matt prepared it to a very high standard. One small issue, with one of the keys, was sorted out at once over the phone. I'm delighted with my purchase and am looking forward to many years of zero-emission driving.

I had been looking at Matt's website and viewing his videos for about two years. I finally took the plunge and bought an ENV200 from him a month ago. I visited his premises and he showed me around a couple of vans and was very informative, helpful and genuine. We went for a test drive and being completely new to EV's he gave good advice on how to drive it efficiently. I have asked him many questions after the purchase and he has always been available and happy to answer, his after sales care is fantastic. The next van I buy will be from Go Green Autos and I will buy on the strength of his videos as I trust him implicitly to list everything about the vehicle and to look after me once it's been delivered. I cannot rate Go Green Autos highly enough and am really happy with everything from the van to Matt's customer service.

Matt is an Electric Vehicle GURU! Our not for profit group has been needing a van for some time, and we wanted to go electric. We told him our needs months ago, and he's been looking out for the right vehicle, and even took the time when he had none in stock to tell us exactly what options were on the market, when we could expect to find them available used, and how to determine what we really needed. He discusses the pitfalls or benefits of different options for electric cars in words we can all understand, and makes it clear why people choose one option over the other so you know what works best for your needs. Finally, our ideal vehicle came in. Before he had time to even get it listed online I asked if we could buy it. He was patient and understanding as we got our paperwork together, and in the meantime had recorded a video explaining how this worked and things to look out for. He's an absolute wonder to work with and I can highly recommend buying a vehicle from him, especially if this is your first as his knowledge is absolute gold. Not to mention, this vehicle is practically new and we got it for less than half the budgeted cost for a vehicle of this sort. Absolute steal, great deal and an irreplaceable service to the community at Go Green Autos!
