Booked my car in for a diagnosis and was very impressed with the friendly service and advice given. I'm extremely precious with my mini and have dealer serviced her for 9 years from new - until now - and I've got to say, I preferred the service and pricing at MasterDriver than I did at the main BMW Mini dealerships.

I really cannot say thanks and praise these guys/girls anymore.

I made the trip down from Derbyshire today to take a look at a lovely automatic Mini Cooper, and have happily left as its new owner. The car had been newly serviced and MOT'd, with a brand new set of tyres so it was in fantastic condition and ready to go. Steve was really friendly and left me to inspect the car in my own time and at no point did I feel pressured to buy.
I'd definitely recommend Masterdriver to anyone looking at getting a Mini, and despite the long round-trip I'll still be checking out their stock when the time comes to move onto my next one.

I would like to take this opportunity to say how impressed I was with the process of selling my Mini Cooper S to Masterdrive. The service was second to none, I wasn't sure how the process worked or indeed what would be required. I needn’t have worried. Once I had filled in the details on line I received an email back giving me a valuation. I phoned them and spoke to John who kindly arranged to come and see the car the following day. Very knowledgeable and friendly place if you're looking for a Mini.
I was looking for my dream car for months, a JCW, and I found one advertised at Masterdriver. My dad and I travelled from Scotland and when we arrived, the team couldn't have been more helpful to us! Car was exactly as described and the team took their time telling me everything I needed to know before my journey back home. Thank you so much again, highly recommended

Had my mini serviced today and wot great job they have done, had some extra bits done when it was in and all done spot on with a great price, highly recommend and will only be bringing my mini here from now on 5 stars

John made the process of selling my car so easy and took care of everything! It was the first car I sold, so I didn't know what to do and was nervous. But he was honest, upfront, and very helpful. The process was swift, easy and we were very happy.

Advertised on website as £99+ Vat for a oil change . Charged £162+ Vat .
Shame price as dealership
You shouldn’t advertise a price online and not honour it . Why not use a dealership.. . When called to say finished they added on replacement parts without calling first . Any extra work should be pre called and agreed . A shame as wanted to support local but prices same as dealership

Took my Mini in service yesterday the staff did an amazing job I would highly recommend them and so much cheaper than going to a Mini dealer who quoted me over £500 for a service, I will definitely return to these guys in the future
