Excellent service right from the beginning, they made my buying experience simple and explained the whole finance process without making it sound complicated. I had a minor issue with the car, despite my local mechanic robbing me for parts and labour costs, Blackstone motors paid for everything even though they didn't have to. They also assured me that if I have any major issues with my car in the future I'm more than welcome to bring it down while I'm in warranty, which is definitely what I will do from now on. Honest and hardworking group of lads, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I can not fault the customer service that Blackstone have given me! The sorted all my queries around the car along with sending a detailed video so I didn’t have to do a day trip to their showroom. Have had my car for 2 weeks now and everything has been smooth sailing. Had it checked with the dealer as well (not that it needed to be). Passed with flying colours. Omar was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgable. They stock very good cars with options that are hard to find elsewhere. Good experience overall and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Hands down the best car dealership I've ever dealt with. Every person who worked here was so pleasant and helpful. I was legitimately shocked. The pricing, service level and overall offering from these guys is second to none. Bought an A6 Avant recently and it couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend, will be coming back!

Called Omar at Blackstone Motors to enquire if they are interested in buying my car, Omar gave me me a very good price for my car and came to collect it the following day. He settled the payment and ran through all the legal documents there and then. No excuses or tire kicking. Straight to the point honest bunch of guys! Will defo keep you guys in mind for the future. One of the best services I’ve experienced. I’ve been looking at this particular spec V12 for months that even the main dealer could not provide me with! Very professional, the team at Blackstone Motors really go above and beyond. All my queries were thoroughly answered and their knowledge is topnotch. I’ll be frank - I had an amazing experience with these guys. They allowed me to use my own broker to finance my car. They went out of their way to let me inspect the car, and answered all the questions I had.

Waited for me past working hours to release the car once the funds cleared, filled up a full tank of premium petrol for me, paid for one tyre to be replaced, and just in general - I really enjoyed the whole process of purchasing my BMW from them (not to mention that the particular car was probably the most well specced on the UK market at the moment for the price it was listed).

I’ll definitely use you guys in the future and will recommend you to anyone I know who’s looking for a car.
