I'd think twice about going through Cavendish again. I wasn't in a position to go and view the car so got it delivered. Of their 50+ photos on the advert of the car, none of which were of the faulty key fob (buttons didn't work) or the gear stick with the missing numbers. They did replace the fob which was just a case I could have got off Amazon and the sticker they sent out for the gear stick didn't fit. Communication wasn't great either. Car drives pretty well though. Just be wary.

Needed to sell my car and a friend recommended Cavendish. Immediately I called, a deal was agreed on, my car was picked up the next day and payment made promptly.
Was given very helpful advice for buying a new car and free car service.
Fantastic customer service and friendly staff from front office to logistics.

Highly recommended any day, any time.

Please don’t buy a car from here, if you don’t want to be disappointed.
They are all for taking your money then the moment you have the car and something has gone wrong with it they won’t answer the phone.
Had the car 24 hours and the key got stuck in the ignition and the clutch broke. Had to get the AA home.
Had a family holiday booked for the Saturday, they couldn’t of cared less we lost out on £1,000.
Finally came back to us they would collect the car, and didn’t pay us back the delivery fee (which they told us they were picking up another car near us whilst dropping our car to us)
We left petrol in the car too.
Total waste of time.

Avoid like the plague! Drove two hours and the car was not as advertised! Tyres were illegal but it had passed MOT somehow…too many red flags. Alloys had been freshly curbed but the seller denied this even though it was pretty evident. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

My dad brought a car from here. The car had fault and said will give a refund. He's just waiting for refund. I will update when issue resolved so far seem good company. Full refund given.

As most others have said, it's not got a forecourt or looks like a normal seller being in an industrial estate but i part exchanged mine in today and they were great (all sorted by Angel), no hard selling, left me alone to look over the car and they also mentioned they were going to get my old car serviced and cleaned before it went back on sale and there's not many second hand car dealers that will do that, been to too many forecourts where there's been no service on the car and it's clearly not been cleaned....also appears most of the local business people buy cars off them as well so always a good sign....can't recommend enough....just remember that you can't see EVERY stone chip and scratch on the photos....they're not straight out of the showroom so don't go with that expectation and you'll be fine.

WARNING ..... do not buy from this company... wife treated herself after cancer battle.. car damaged on delivery... wiper motor ceased after 3 weeks and after regassing Aircon leaking from under dashboard... car struggles to start after 8 hours and paint pealing on the boot... calls.and texts ignored .. £7500 wasted

Called 2 times, each time a lady said she is with a customer and will call me back in a few minutes, but didn't bother calling me back... Must have been a special customer lol... Unprofessional
