His words we don't check the cars...we purchased a mini 3 days later the exhaust started blowing ....it was then noticed 5 days after purchasing said mini the exhaust hanging off . Contacted them while waiting with recovery but was told to call back tomorrow very unhelpful recovery found the exhaust taped up . Finally managed to speak to the owner who refused to pay to have the repairs done do not trust this company at all after sales customer care shocking

Avoid!! After the experience I've had with Adams of Coventry I'd only go to large dealers now. Nice people when selling you a car but not so helpful when the car has problems. Took 8 days to repair and not offered a courtesy car. I was promised the car would go to a specialist for engine repairs, he couldn't give me the name of this garage and when I came to collect the car, I discovered they had sent it to an accident repair centre around the corner. Whilst they had my car, it was difficult to get hold of them for an update, as they were ignoring my calls. The car broke down just 100 yards after collecting it back, the poor quality of work from their 'approved' garage has cost me nearly £1000 to put right which they won't pay or contribute towards.

Never buy from these people. My car had 1 year's mot just put on the car by these people. When I got home I noticed the tyres were bold so I put the car in for another m.o.t and it failed miserable on the following 2 front tyres, rear brake pipes, subframe bushes, rear drop links, handbrake cable, break discs and pads all round, front suspension arms. The m.o.t centre that put the years m.o.t on the car for them is called mercia autos of coventry. Steer well clear.

He will pray and try and show you he is religious. Advertised a car with MOT, took his word for it what a bloody liar. Car had no MOT didn't realise until I got home. Sweet talking, unproffessional individual. Avoid avoid avoid.

Would never use again, bought my car from here at the end of 2016. Was promised that the spare key would be sent in the post along with a load of other promises about a warranty package. Nearly 2 years later, I am still waiting for that spare key and there has been absolutely nothing about a warranty package. Everytime i have chased, I've had no answer or been told to call back - do not use.

Sold with turbo fault and oil pressure faults which came up on drive home. Assured that he would pay for repairs but then refused when presented with bill. Dishonest and is your classic dodgey 2nd hand car dealer....AVOID at all costs!!

Purchased car. Lovely experience. Very happy.
