Wanted to say a sincere thank you to Pete after our recent purchase and trade in of our car. Even though the car we purchased was not the usual value of car which Pete deals in, we received the same genuine care and attention, very fair trade in price, and an excellent new car which we are delighted with. We purchased the car without seeing as we were a distance away, relying on reviews and information provided by Pete. We can honestly recommend Pete as a seller that is trustworthy and genuine, we are very happy with our new car, thank you Pete.

An absolute pleasure to deal with and buy from. Instilled a high level of confidence and ultimately trust from the outset which for me was key when dealing with a small specialist trader. Pete was easy to talk too, knew his stuff and was open, transparent and quick at communicating around pricing and the cars history and condition even over a weekend. No sales pressures and even moved things around personally to accommodate me collecting the car (travelled from a Belfast). Would definitely recommend and would look to use again in the future myself. Genuinely the most stress free experience buying a car I’ve had.

Wanted to leave a review for Pete to comment on outstanding after sale customer care. An issue with the car we bought from Pete which wasn't apparent at time of purchase necessitated further investigation at our local garage. Pete was very keen that we had the car booked in, investigated, and repaired at a garage we trusted, at our own convenience. Pete remained in contact throughout the whole process and genuinely cared that we were happy with everything, then paid the garage bill directly on the same day. I cannot rate highly enough the customer service we have received, far and away the best of any car dealer we have dealt with over the years. Genuinely a very nice person and a pleasure to deal with.

Pete made buying my car the best experience. I was after a new car as a present for myself and the whole process was so easy! Nothing was ever too much trouble and he was so knowledgeable about all the features and the brand of car in general, I was so surprised how much he know! There was absolutely no pressure as I found with other dealerships to get a deal done, Pete was so understanding and took the time to tell me everything I needed to know! He went the extra mile and if I ever wanted to get a new car I’d know where to go, I wouldn’t want to go elsewhere now! Thank you so much, I love my car :)

Fantastic experience.
Pete dealt with my finance company like a pro and the lorry was paid out and ready for collection 48 hours later.
Perfectly done and the lorry is not only well made but extremely safe and exactly what is needed for transporting horses all over the UK.

I wasn't really looking forward to changing my car because it's a process that I generally dread so I am very glad that JVS Cars Limited had the perfect car for me. Buying from Pete was a pleasant experience from the initial call, where he was very thorough and informative about both the car and the company, to the final handing over of the keys. Meeting him was a pleasure and viewing the car was great because he was so friendly, relaxed and helpful. He did not make me feel rushed into anything, he made sure that I thoroughly knew what to look for in terms of tallying up serial numbers and paperwork etc as well as providing me with information about the car to help me to decide if it was right for me. He answered all my questions and was always responsive throughout the whole buying process, whether that was answering more questions, sending photos or via follow up phone calls.
