Pros:
- Car was very well presented. Front and center in showroom on my arrival to view it.
- Rav was polite and responsive. Gave me plenty of time to view the car alone before accompanying me on a test drive.
- The car was of a high quality mechanically
- A warrantied fault was fixed promptly
Cons:
- Price of the vehicle was on the high side
- Was unable to offer a hire vehicle during warranty repairs in my case
In conclusion, this is one of the better used car dealerships. Not perfect but definitely worth a visit.

i would 100% recommend that people buy from this dealer nothing was too much trouble. i will look forward to buying another vehicle from these guys once i need another.

My partner called and spoke to Mark. My partner explained he was a cash buyer but Mark said he preferred cars were purchased on finance because the customer get better protection etc. Mark said he was using the Jaguar and the mileage might go up slightly .We said we would call the following day which we did.
When we spoke to Mark again he wasn’t willing to take the deposit there and then. He said that he was with a customer and the customer was going to use the Jaguar because the customers personalised number plates hadn’t arrived for the car they had purchased. Mark said they lived near to him so he would then pick the Jaguar back up for me to to then arrange a viewing with him on the Thursday. He said he would call me back to take the deposit. He never called. I called several times that day and eventually my partner spoke to him.
Mark was very apologetic saying that the business was running slower than usual and they had been experiencing technical / computer problems that not even their IT expert who had a IT degree could fix. My partner was patient and understating listening to this long winded explanation as to why he hadn’t called back. Mark then said that the engine management light had illuminated on the jag which he perceived not to be a problem and said it just needed a good run on the motorway. He said as a double check he would have the garage check it Thursday morning. He actually said we had been patient and promised us a phone call Thursday and took down all our particulars. He said the details were put on a reservation form to indicate to his colleagues that the car was in the process of being sold.
Thursday we didn’t receive any phone calls so we phoned back Friday and he said he hadn’t received any news yet about the car and said it should be with him in the afternoon and he would call back to update us. Again he didn’t call.
My partner phoned today to ask what was happening and our dissatisfaction of Mark not returning any of our calls. He became argumentative and went into a rant about how busy they are. He wouldn’t allow him a word in edge ways. We explained that he shouldn’t have promised to call if he wasn’t going to. He said “why would I call if I’ve got nothing to report back”. We said “because you promised to call, and if you have no update just call to say that”. He then said “I might sale it to trade anyway” because of the fault with the car, even though he said that he hadn’t had the diagnostic back at this point which was strange.
His customer service and argumentative nature was appalling when willing to spend £16k plus. We were so patient and understanding but there seems to be an underlining reason why he wasn’t willing to sale the car to us and some dishonesty as the reason for not taking the deposit seemed to change every time we spoke to him. He said he would update us as soon as he knew anything more information.
Within minutes of our telephone call, Mark called back to say he was taking the car off sale and would probably sale it to trade. This decision was probably made after we complained about his service.
Totally bemused and bewildered by the customer service. On hindsight we thought it was probably wise not to but from this garage, because what service would you get if you experienced any problems with the car?
This is an honest review. Had Mark not treated us is way and been honest instead of wasting our time we wouldn’t have left a bad review. Shocking service.
