Fantastic service - Andrew made buying my second car stress free, all questions answered to the best of knowledge, car was serviced and MOT'd before being handed over. Also came with 6 months warranty which also had the option to pay more to extend to 12. Only downside I live an hour away but other than that would definitely recommend.

Rob was incredibly knowledgable throughout the buying and testing experience. He really has gone above and beyond to ensure we purchased the right car with the refinement we were looking for. We are really pleased with our purchase. The aftercare has also been exceptional and this really is the place to go to for a second hand car.

TIME WASTERS

Having spotted a Mini Countryman they had for sale I rang up to arrange a viewing Thursday lunchtime. I was told by Rob the car was just in and needed to be checked in their workshop before it could be shown to buyers. It was due in the workshop Friday and we could potentially look Saturday. Having not heard from Rob I called him Saturday morning. They were very busy, it hadn't been looked at and he would call me as soon as it could be viewed early next week.

I spent Saturday morning cleaning up our trade in and sorting the paperwork. We were keen to do a deal on the Mini.

I get an email from Rob Saturday afternoon stating the car was now sold. How could this be if I were the first to enquire and it wasn't available for sale till it had been checked? Nor were asked about placing a deposit, something we would have happily done?

Rob claims another party spoke to a colleague and they took a holding deposit on the vehicle. Something he admitted they don't normally do.

So the bottom line is absolute time wasters and a very poor way to do business.

Update- contacted them as they requested, no response at all!

Bought my Skoda from Rob at Auto Now, top guy made sure everything on the car 100% before I picked it up and even filled up the tank for the drive home! Even let me pick the car up the day after lockdown started. Would 100% recommend!

I've just collected my new car and I can not express how happy I am with it, the service Adam provided was excellent even down to having the vehicles wheels refurbished and sprayed black for me, fully serviced, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for a lovely car chaps.

I bought a car from them back in December last year, but have waited to see how things went post sale before reviewing. The sale itself was perfect. Adam is a friendly guy and a pleasure to deal with. Post sale, there have been a couple of issues but I bought an extended warranty so took the car back. The guys at the attached Skoda garage are also first class and have really gone above and beyond to sort things out with minimum fuss. I cannot recommend highly enough. I fully intend to continue trusting them to look after my car without hesitation.

Adam sold me a very straight, honest Rapid TSi at a very sensible price after a no-pressure test drive. Would happily buy here again - the whole process was hassle free and simple.

Auto Now is an absolutely brilliant car sales company and Rob Stone specifically is truly EXCELLENT. Hugely helpful and very knowledgeable. Can't recommend this company & Rob enough. Excuse the cliché but they really do go the extra mile!...will definitely return to buy my next car.
