Wheels Van Centres

Bought a brand new ford ranger from them. Good price and great service from Jason. Had it delivered but it was driven to me, over 230 miles rather than brought on a transporter, so wasn’t so new when it turned up covered in road dirt and with nearly 300 miles on the clock and it only came with one key. They have said they will post me the key but had I known all of this would happen I would have collected it myself. Very impressed with the sales team, not so much with the delivery! Would use them again and highly recommend Jason! Just not have anything delivered.

I brought a van from this company and the driver side window wasn’t working, they told be to take the van and they will fit this once the part arrives. Due to me travelling from a long distance they said they will collect the van from my home address and drop this back once the work was completed. They took all the parts out the van and still I’ve not heard from them 3 months later. I rang them a few times and they have failed to attend my calls. I’m now left with out any parts for the window, so the window can’t be opened or closed. I’ve now having to pay extra to get this fix. This company sells faulty goods. Please read the reviews on this company before you make any commitments as the customer service is shocking.

Not impressed by this van dealer ...travled 500mile round trip to view and collect a van...only to find out the vehicle was in a very poor condition and has numerous damage, faults and a masive oil leak not explained in the advert to note this wasnt a cheap purchase it was a £27k van ...the attitude from the sales man was a disgrace and after what I have seen ... I would be extremely carefull with what you think you are going to purchase . A waste of my time and fuel

Bought a Van with the switch window problem on the day. Fixed temporarily by them and after 2 weeks not working again. They wouldn't cover in the warranty very disappointed about the attitude and support on this. I don't recommend this place at all.

I purchased my low mileage van. I was offered free delivery. Arrived with body work damage. Sent photos before it was removed from the delivery vehicle. Obtained local quote to repair. Was told too expensive (£300)and would collect to repair in their workshop over 100 miles away. Didn’t offer a replacement vehicle. I couldn’t afford to be without a vehicle so it was never repaired by Wheels Van Center. Wipers perished (£32) I had to replace them immediately. Fault with brakes. Warning light staying on after 1 week. Nissan found a bolt missing and loose/ damaged calliper (£185)Nissan dealer replaced but charged me as was not covered by manufacturer. A bolt doesn’t just fall out ! This came with a full RAC inspection!! Promised that it had 2 keys. Only one supplied. Chased and told that they were waiting for the second key from the lease company. It never turned up. Replacement cost with programming £350. No care with after sales. This van was top price paid. Each time I called to request updates felt that they didn’t care!
