A simple buying experience from a knowledgeable and passionate Mini dealer.

Saw the car online and enquired about it. Spoke on the phone to Rob. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered the questions I had about it and sent me a video inside and around the car and showed me it’s features and optional extras.

When viewing the car I was able to test drive on my own and they answered all the questions I had about the car and more. You could tell they knew a lot about Minis and that it was apart of their culture. I was able to speak in-depth about the car which is not something you could do with every dealer!

I highly recommend Edward's of Stafford. I viewed a car online, then went over the next day to see it (I'm over an hour away, just to add). Cyrus was very helpful and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I took the car I went to see out for a test drive but wasn't blown away with it so then my eye spotted a car at the back. Cyrus got it out for me to drive and i fell in love with it! It was over 2k more that the first one but a much more special car that the original one i looked at. The deal was completed and i was able to pick it up 5 days later.
When i collected my new car Rob was very patient with my never-ending questions of all the features of this car and i really enjoyed my buying experience with these guys.
The car i bought is a Mini Cooper S convertible and we love it!

Bought a car from Edwards a couple of weeks ago now and I couldn’t recommend them more, from sending a first enquiry Rob was amazing always quick to respond and he had the car outside my house (200 miles away) just 7 days later. I recently part exchanged my car here for a 2016 Mini JCW. I was given a very good price for my old car and the handover procedure was very quick and easy, no complaints at all. I was very happy with speaking with all the staff there, everyone was friendly and knows what they are talking about. The service was spot on, my new car was given a very thorough inspection and detail before being handed to me. I have private plates and they very kindly sorted out a new set of plates for my new car. The staff are also knowledgeable and have a clear passion for cars, making it easy to have a conversation about specs (the boring stuff). Definitely recommend, especially if you are an enthusiast.

I have just picked up my new mini today and i am absolutely over the moon and couldn’t be happier with my new car or the experience I have received the past week! Rob is such a lovely, kind and genuine guy. He made the whole process so easy and was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. 10/10 customer service & little touches they didn’t unnoticed, honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.

I bought my first Mini Cooper S from Edwards in September. After three months driving, I can honestly say they sell really good Mini used cars. The car is in very good condition.
