My Ralliart has been to four dealers now and can truly say the level of work and imput off them is second to none. It's a 80 mile round journey but worth it. The repaired the dire work carried out by two previous dealers and documented it all on the invoice so I can claim the cost against the other dealer.

Bought my 2010 Outlander about 4 months ago from Norjac Carnforth and took it in today to have a minor fault from the makers fixed .Whilst there 2 technicians helped me fix up the hands free phone system( I am 69 years old and clueless) and was thoroughly impressed with how I was treated as a customer .Thank you everyone .

Dropped off mothers car for MOT and full service, after getting a price on Book My Garage. Very impressed with service, as was notified upon booking, and contacted before the date. Upon arrival, loan car was ready to roll and car was left in their capable hands. Was ready when they said it would be and cost exactly as quoted on BMG. Well done! Will use again.

I am very impressed with the level of After sale care from Norjac.

How you judge a company is not on when everything goes smooth but when there is a issue and I am happy to say Norjac exceeded my expectations.

I bought a Peugeot boxer a week ago from Norjac and when the delivery driver was driving it up to me when almost at my door the van developed a fault which was completely unforeseen and the engine management light came on and the van went into limp mode and a little bit of smoke was coming from the engine bay and 5th gear started to get a little bit crunchy when putting it in gear.

The van was recovered and sent back down to Norjac where they discovered a fuel injector had blown and they changed the injector and seal and took out the gearbox and sent it to a specialist to strip and recondition and they put in a new clutch and flywheel as well and even delivered it back to me 300 miles away.

Throughout all this Norjac was extremely nice and helpful.

This is how a honest car dealer conducts business 100% awesome place to buy a vehicle.

I Bought a car from NORJAC but there was something’s to be put right before l collected it (ie) the back passenger door had some accident damage needed to be put right and a few other things, so l left the car with them to be sorted out for a week and arranged to collect it on sat. When l went to get it the back door still had grey paint showing the jet window washer had been Replaced but was still very poor and faulty. Anyway it was agreed to bring it back but they could not do it for three weeks during the time I’d test drove it if noticed a noise coming from the gear box clutch ( l thought it was the clutch bearing going) but when the technicians had it in the first time they said it was ok and nothing wrong with it so ignored me , just before l collected the car the first time on parking up the car the Technician noticed that a noice was coming from the clutch and said the bearing needed replaced so that was added to work load but couldn’t be done for 3/4 weeks like the rest. I arranged a time to bring the car back to them to have the problems sorted out and they arranged for me to have a car to borrow while work was done on mine, (To say a car it was not fit to be in the road) and was damaged all down the passenger side as well but they only told me this on the Friday before l went to change it on the Saturday and when l saw the car l refused to go with it but was told it’s all they had. Anyway I’d also noticed the auto window on driver side was not working correctly and to look at that while it was with them as needed sorted ( but l was once again told by there technicians nothing wrong with it ) I’ve since had a senior master technicians from Toyota look at it and he confirmed it’s faulty and needs replaced ? I’d paid £5500 for this car and warrenty was supplied by garage but l am going to have to sort out the window switch my self as they just would not have it ( like the clutch at first) it was faulty (Ganging) all there staff against me even though a master tec from Toyota had confirmed it was faulty. I would never go near this garage or car sales ever again and I’d not recommend them to anybody the way they treat me disgusting behaviour I’ll let you decide but you’ve been warned thanks for reading Paul. The response from NORJAC says it all they say they fix everything but not after saying nothing was wrong and there was !? and as for Hinting in there response l am dishonest l did ask for another car but told only one for me available but as l say I’d not go there ever again not reconvened them at all !
