I had a really good experience buying my Honda Jazz from Ken at Affordable motors and have been really happy with my car since. There was an issue with the gearbox a common and easy fix and Ken sorted it as it was within three months of purchase. I would highly recommend buying a car from Ken as he has a lot of experience and is lovely to deal with.

What an absolute gem Affordable Motors is. I had wasted 4 weeks searching for my ideal car, until I found it here. Friendly, honest and professional, no pressure to buy. Took my car for a test drive....loved it...signed on the dotted line...job done. My car was delivered at a time convenient to me, arrived all shiny and clean. Not confident at buying second hand cars but found a great little Citreon C1 for my daughters first car in lovely condition and felt at ease with the whole buying experience. Ken and Michael were fantastic in offering everything we asked for and even offered to drop the car to our house. Definitely recommend Affordable Motors to anyone.

Found Affordable Motors on Autotrader when looking for a first car for my daughter. Ken was really friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He even offered to resolve a really minor issue with the car without being asked. A first class experience and would not hesitate in recommending Affordable Motors.

Would’ve given it 2 1/2 stars if it was possible as I’m just on the fence . Just spoke to Ken. Apparently he has now sold the business. Which explains why I can’t get through to any of the landline phone numbers and also why the website (affordablemotorsatherstone.co.uk) no longer works! I’m still not quite sure what to make of things - Ken and Mike seem like very genuine people and they have fixed my car many times in the three months after I bought it from them. However, why was there so much wrong with it in the first place, is what I’m thinking? Four months on and the car (Renault Kangoo) after 40 minutes on the road, suddenly started to get slower and slower and the battery light came on along with a STOP warning light. I’ve had nothing but problems with this car from start to finish… But I can’t fault Ken and Mike on their customer service. Ken has offered to pay half of the cost of a new battery. I’ll let you know what happens there… But I’m worried - I mentioned the reviews and Ken told me not to threaten him as he doesn’t care about bad reviews as they won’t affect him anymore! Charming!.

Just bought a car there (Ford Fiesta Automatic), and Ken went above and beyond to make sure that I was reassured and satisfied (I previously had a very bad experience with another car seller earlier in the year). The car is in perfect condition, and everything that was advertised online or promised over the phone was delivered. I highly recommend!!!

My experience wasn't a pleasant one. I was sold an unroadworthy car which was confirmed by my local trusted garage after it became faulty shortly after purchase (even though it had had an MOT shortly before purchase with no advisories or anything). The car wasn't checked prior to selling it on, which is of course a huge issue in safety and in ethics. My advice when purchasing a car from this company - take a screen shot of the ad before you purchase. If you do purchase a car, get it checked out to make sure there are no nasty surprises. Was met with a defensive condescending attitude when I approached them to fix the problems with my car, and I was also referred to as babe on the phone which was inappropriate and unprofessional. I got most of my money back in the end, the only reason why I give 2 stars.
