Very friendly staff from the first phone call to the collection of my vehicle. I was dealt with Alex and Brett throughout, I couldn't be more happier with the way I was treated. I found a problem with the vehicle and in no time at all this was rectified. This dealership is one of the best I've bought from and I 100% recommend to future buyers. Big thanks to Alex and Brett.

Excellent service all round. Nathan made our experience very pleasant, ensuring we where totally satisfied with our used car purchase, top man and genuine nice fellow, very down to earth. He gave us both complete confidence in all aspects of the car and the new driver experience. The Manager was also top class, ensuring we were all happy before leaving...highly recommended.

No longer get a courtesy car here in auto. I travel 30 odd miles each way, very disappointing since it changed hands.
Work is on point, can't fault that
But as a VW customer I should get an auto car!

Unhelpful, showed no empathy when I went in to report a fault , was told the earliest I could get a repair was 3 weeks away for a car under warranty, they would not provide me a courtesy car even when I mentioned my car was stalling and stopping while driving. I felt intimidated by 4 staff (including technicians) behind the desk telling me to call my breakdown provider.

Booked my T6 in for an MOT after Halfords failed to deliver on appointment booked online. The team at Vertu were very professional, kept me informed and smashed it out of the park getting MOT done earlier than expected. Great experience Thank you.

Worst car buying experience I've ever had. I made the mistake of buying remotely during lockdown. I was given conflicting information by different people. Questions were not answered well by email, appointments were ignored, I was rushed through paperwork and never sent promised details which I asked for. It was not disclosed that a key was missing despite direct questions being asked. It's been 2 months and still waiting for a promised refund for that... When the car arrived it developed a cracked windshield that needed to be replaced before I had driven 20 miles. But really the biggest problem has been extremely frustrating and consistently poor communication. It was bad before the sale and after has been much worse. Avoid.
