I bought a car from Ray at Car kingdom around three weeks ago. Because of living two hours away, I looked at the Car via WhatsApp video with Ray So that I didn’t have to have too many trips, Ray was very thorough making sure that he showed me everything on the car, I asked Ray to do a couple of things to the car before I came to collect it which he was very willing to do for me, I traveled by train to collected the car a week after viewing it and Ray was even willing to pick myself and my husband up from the train station to take us to the garage ,Ray is a very friendly and helpful man. The whole purchase of my vehicle from start to finish was very easy and pain-free, when I need to buy another vehicle in the future I will definitely use car kingdom again, I highly recommend 😀

Fantastic service from Ray and his team 😀 Ray is so helpful and will do all he can to help you ! He fixed the repairs needed on our within days and got it through its mot as well😀 Bought the car from him last year and when it developed a couple of faults rang Ray and was told to take it down and he’d have a look at it and true to his word sourced the parts and had his mechanic fit them as soon as they came in ! I bought a car in April 2022 and Ray did the MOT for me later in July at no extra cost. He also helped me with the taxes. I would totally recommend him.

I promise you it's not worth buying from here. With cars it's always a chance game but when you buy from here the odds are even more against you. The stress the car has cause from breaking down twice on me isn't worth it, I can reassure you. Within less then a year I've spent almost 1.5k in repairs with the issue not being resolved from car kingdom doing a full engine strip after overhearing from a bent thermostat replaced by a different garage (which i must say is very rare to happen). The issue is the in-house mechanic used so any repairs can be altered to help themselves. I wouldn't mind if the issue was fixed but my car is still not repaired as it should be from a engine strip.

Again, stay far sway. Put time and effort to look else were:)

Car kingdom was easy to find and Ray was very helpful, the process from phoning initially when I saw a car I was interested in to purchasing that same car was so quick and easy. Ray was happy to help & friendly. I part exchanged my current car at the time, but live about 70 miles away, so instead of me travelling back up the following day to pick up my new car, Ray delivered it to me free of charge and took the part exchange car at the same time. My new car had a 6 month warranty and I wanted to wait to leave a review in case anything went wrong, but the car has been fine. One small issue cropped up which turned out to be nothing in the end, but at the time Ray said to take it to my local garage to fix it if needed and he would just pay the bill which would save me driving all the way back to him to fix. Overall very happy, love my car and would go back to Car KIngdom to purchase in the future. Highly recommend! Thankyou
