Bought a BMW X5 from R&K on an impulse buy. Took it for a test drive twice and instantly loved it. Traded in a decent 3 series towards it which we got a good price on. Drove the X5 home and it had problems. Spoke to Dan a couple of days later about it and thought I was going to get fobbed off. After a couple of weeks and a couple of garages the car came back to me fault free with a service I could only expect if I was buying a million pound car from Bentley. The whole process was brilliant. Dan kept us informed regarding our car and could not have been anymore politer if he tried. I will definitely use these guys again if they have something in I fancy. Genuine decent people, wasn't pushed into a sale and wasn't messed about.

Went into see a car and was very nice and prepped to a high standard, I offered a price on the car they said no that isn't a problem but I did ask them to let me know a price and I will buy it , waited just over a week and heard nothing so thought I would contact them later to hear they sold the car to someone else a week after I said let me know a price and got told "thought we was waisting our time and someone has paid full price"
Isn't the best attitude to have and guessing they think everyone is a waist of time unless they paying the full asking price!
The cars look great and a high standard but Don't think I will deal with them again due to the staff not having the right attitude and judging people without contacting

I found the whole experience was good. It was very straight forward. No pressure or hassle from the sales team. Very happy with the car I purchased. I would recommend using these guys. The only issue I had was the locking nut key was missing. But was able to get a new key from the manufacturer pretty easily.

I purchased a car from here yesterday it was absolutley immaculate for when I arrived and very well presented! All the cars are very well looked after here and a lot of care goes into them. It was a very quick and efficient experience and I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for high quality cars! I would defintley use them again for future cars.
