Do not recommend. Sold me an unsafe car - brakes did not work on second journey after buying it. My friend has also had a similar experience with this garage.

My last 3 cars have come from Bonds. They have been professional and polite with no pressure sales. Aftercare has been amazing as I had a light come on in my last car but it was dealt with the next day without question. One happy shopper. Thank you

Despite some bad reviews i decided to view a Audi TT which i ended up buying a few weeks ago and i can honestly say the car and service has been excellent and will certainly be recommending them to all friends and family.
Keep up the good work guys, remember you cant please everyone!

My sister and I have both had cars from here, a few years ago now - both have proved reliable and are still going strong. Only posting now as we’ve seen some bad press lately which has been in our experience the opposite to the service, follow up and positive care we’ve received!

bought a bmw x5 with a clean mot from bonds the x5 was had its mot done at norfolk motor group. The next day i had an independant check it and was definately not in road worthy condition. do not buy a car from these people they do not care and will sell you a dodgy vehicle. they wouldnt sort any problems out and i had to get them fixed myself.

Just google the place and you’ll see there antics have been documented over the years. I can say that I had a car from them and although the car was ok in itself, I have to question about their relationship with the place that does their mots. 3 weeks after getting the car I had a recall done at the dealer and they bought to my attention that the rear tyres were so bad on the inside that they were hesitant to let it out of their workshop. The tyre had split completely on the casing and through to wires and canvass. This doesn’t happen in 3 weeks, let’s be honest here. A day after getting the car, the rear pads needed replacing according to the OBC. They wanted £50 for the pads and offered to fit for free...(how generous) which was laughable especially when they’re we’re cheap Pagid pads at circa £20 from ECP and when they claimed to have given the car a service before hand over. I just wouldn’t entertain this company or any other company name they change their business to.
As said google them and you’ll see trading standards reports and newspaper attention.
