Do not trust this place. I was interested in a car. They told me the condition was excellent and I will definitely not be disappointed. I travelled 3.5 hours to go and see the car. If this is what they call ‘excellent’, i worry about what they call ‘poor’. The car was covered in scratches, dings, poor paint jobs, misaligned bonnet and misaligned front bumper etc. Was a complete waste of time and fuel. I would never ever recommend anyone to this place, they are an insult to honest customers.

Few months after £9,000 purchase and 4,000 miles, service light on even though service was done on purchase! Failed emission test and had both coils to front broken! Do NOT trust this dealer’s MOT certificate. It is ARRANGED!!! FALSIFIED!!! FAKED!!!

Absolutely disappointed with this dealer service. I thought i had a deal w this dealer. I've offer him deposit to pay to make sure he'll keep the car I want, we did finance check which has been approved as well I even ask him how much it will cost to change gearbox oil ( I want to pay for it ) because I was 99% sure in few days car will be mine. Answer was that he'll let me know next day. Next day all day quiet so a I did phoned him up and what I heard? "sorry mate but I've sold this car to someone else". Absolutely unprofessional job. I wouldn't recommended this dealer at all no loyalty to client cheating straight in your eyes. Avoid this dealer.

I purchased am Audi TT that Dave had taken in part exchange. When carrying out MOT check on line before purchasing the car I noticed that there was an advisory noting a slight oil leak. When I rang to inquire about the car I mentioned this and Dave agreed to put a full 12 months MOT on the car and deal with any advisories (oil leak). The morning after I bought the car I noticed oil on the drive and contacted Dave. I was quite apprehensive about this but I had no need to be. As I was 200 miles away from Dave he advised me to book it into my garage of choice to get the car looked at. They found that the turbo was blowing oil into the pipes and needed to be replaced. This would be at a cost of £950. I informed Dave of this and he agreed to pay for the work to be carried out as the oil leak was discussed at point of sale and also got the garage to invoice him directly so I did not incur any cost.

You can imagine my heart sank when the garage told the car needed a new turbo and the cost. The way Dave handled the who situation was brilliant from start to finish. I cant recommend his garage highly enough. It was truly a pleasure to do business with him. You can buy with confidence and peace of mind from here!

Absolutely fantastic experience, really please with the car we purchased. Service was exceptional. We had a small issue with the windscreen washers after purchase, David had us take it to our local garage which he dealt with and paid directly, you really could not ask for more! Friendly, knowledgeable and fair dealership which will be my first point of contact next time I buy a car :)

I absolutely love my car purchased from GCS , the service was second to none. Olly was super helpful & David was a total super star, answering all my questions, and totally putting me at ease. Everything was sorted for me, MOT, Service & warranty, David even handled the rd tax on our behalf so we literally arrived and drove away, fantastic service! Highly recommend!! A*****

I’m not one to normally leave reviews but credit where it’s due!
The owner of GCS cars is a genuine guy, you will instantly get a good vibe from him like I did, nothing was too much for him.. even when I asked 1001 questions prior to going to view my chosen car he never made me feel like I was annoying him like other garages did, his response time was very quick he was so helpful and even put the car through an early mot on my request.. he made the whole transaction so smooth for me from start to finish especially with the finance company.. he also held the car for 5 days until I could get there and had the car sat waiting perfectly for us on the day I requested with all paperwork that was required with nothing missing, very organised and professional and I’d also like to highlight through no fault of his own I had a tyre that was loosing pressure and he paid for me to get a new tyre which he didn’t have to do .. so rest assure his excellent customer service continues even after you have left the garage!
Overall my experience was very very positive with this garage we brought a 20k car and had been to a few garages before this one and I can honestly say in comparison to the other garages this man aced it.. would happily recommend him to anyone and buy a car from him again.. Thank you! I absolutely love my car :)
