Excellent customer service provided, vehicle was valeted to a high standard. Big thanks to Jake Sharp, Sophie (from the handover team) and Sam Lewis. I have been to other dealerships who have frowned at me due to being 18, however, was treated amazing here.

The car is in great condition and has shown no issues after a month.

Placed a £200 deposit on an Audi, got a receipt and then changed our minds and decided to go with a BMW.
We placed another deposit on the BMW online so we didn't loose it and ended up buying and paying cash for this car.
3 weeks on and several phone calls later, after being told we could have our original deposit on the Audi back, still no refund!
Come on Available Car sort your customers out and stop passing this from team to team and just pay us what we are owed!

My elderly sick mother bought a car from here for cash. Upon picking up the vehicle. They made us wait for over two hours only to tell us that the car had been damaged and they were repairing it. The work that they said they were gonna do on the vehicle was not done . This is unacceptable especially as they claim to be retailer of the year. Would not recommend. Spend your hard earned money with a company that values its customers.

Bought a car off these at the weekend. Service was good apart from being told twice I’d get a return call which I never got. The car it’s self is perfect and just what I’ve been looking for at the right price but upon get the car home and looking closer the valeting is very poor and ended up cleaning it myself the following day.

Had a valuation online for my car, brought my car in to be sold, the one man who was helping us looked over my car and tried to knock £4000 off my car as he said the car was involved in an accident and the standard of the car was classed as poor. I’ve had a full report on the car and the car has never been writ off or in any sort of accident. They just wanted to knock the price down and pull the wool over my eyes. Absolutely avoid at all cost. Was so disappointed, will never use available car again.

Really good selection of cars for a reasonable price and after being there for about 20mins I had spoken to a few different people who were all friendly and was on my way for a test drive. Then after that we sat down to go through the numbers and there was no hard sell just a reasonable explanation of products they offer but no pressure to buy and after a couple of hours I've gone from a test drive to buying the car.

My experience with Available car Cannock has been extremely disappointing. The staff were great but their hands are tied by a ridiculously restrictive business model. I expressed great interest in an A-class but said that I thought the price at £19k for a 2015 car was too much, regardless of spec. I returned, test drive it and again expressed that I would be happy to pay £18000. They did warn that prices are not usually dropped (although interestingly I also took out a 19 plate Audi A1, which was “Black Friday” discounted by over £600…) but said they would talk to their manager. The manager came over (he later said he wasn’t the manager!?), acknowledged we weren’t happy with the price and went through all the optional extras and PowerPoint slides. I must’ve been there for over 1.5 hours in total. We said we’d be interested in extending the warranty, taking gap insurance and wheel/tyre insurance. At the end of all that? ‘No, sorry. We won’t reduce it.’ I said I would buy it there and then for cash if they knocked off £500. No joy. I mentioned that my wife would want a car after Christmas too but they let us walk away for the sake of £500 on what must be one of their oldest cars in stock, which became a matter of principle for us, as well as not wanting to over pay. I could understand it if the prices were rock-bottom, but they’re not. We were even told the sales team are not on commission, which makes it unlikely that they will fight our corner for a deal. I can’t believe they let potentially two sales walk out the door for £500. Madness. In all likelihood, I won’t go back, which is a shame.

Really unhappy with the service provided by the after sales department. Collected my car over a week ago, did not even get back home and the engine light came on. Was told something wrong with sensor and also told that the clutch had gone and the gears were not working correctly. This car has only done 15,000 miles. Waiting for a week to hear back, kept going back and forth about problems with the car. I decided now that I wanted a different car because this one clearly is not reliable and has a good few problems. For now, I have a courtesy car which I was told I am able to keep until the new car comes in for me to view and this was discussed with the sales team, who are absolutely fantastic may I add and very apologetic. Now I am being called everyday, most the time with no voice message left, saying that I need to go and collect my car that I have said I no longer want because they need their courtesy car back even though it has already been dealt with by other members of staff that I am keeping the courtesy car until the new car arrives due to the issues the car has. This just shows a lack of communication between the team. Again, the sales team are really lovely. It’s the after sales team that we are really not happy with and feels like we’ve been messed around. How the car passed its “78 point checks” yet the engine light come on and the clutch had gone I will never understand. After the new car arrives, if all is in working order and I take that one away instead, I highly doubt I will be using available car again unfortunately.
