Currently taking legal action against them. I bought a car for £3999, it lasted 6 whole days before the camchain went, was allegedly serviced but the camchain wasn't checked, despite being at least 10k over recommended cam chain change. They told me that they intended to buy a cheap part off eBay. They employed the ' mutt and Jeff' approach 'id love to give you a refund, but my boss wants.....' then they offered the brick wall approach. They still have the car and our money but won't let us have our money back... They want us to accept an older, higher mileage car, in lieu that simply doesn't meet our requirements. I would not touch this car seller again with a barge pole

purchased a car of this garage and ever since I have had nothing but issues with the car, It wasn't serviced like they said it was, all four wheels where only bolted on with two bolts this could of been life threatening! A lot of the parts to the car have been cable tied on , The Bluetooth has never worked in the car, There is endless amounts of faults to the car and it can no longer be driven and therefore has to be scrapped, Only had the car for 9 months and honestly it is a heap of garbage, The man seems very nice and welcoming of course as all he wants is money for these cars with no consideration to other peoples feelings and safety when purchasing what's meant to be a nice car! BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !

Bought a 2008 Peugeot 308 with 54,000 on the clock from here. Engine packed up after 11 months and had to be scrapped. Told me it had an oil change when purchased, took it to my own mechanic who said it needed 2.5L of oil. Also they informed me the service log book would arrive in the post when purchased, which it never did despite repeated attempts at asking for it to then find out they never had it and lied. Will never go here again. Avoid

I actually wish I could rate them 0.1 of a star, the 0.1 is because one of the sellers there was friendly. I put a £299 deposit down on a car costing £3,199. I made it PERFECTLY clear that I can't pick the car up until a week's time. Then, they're manager rings up my family when I'm not home telling me the cars ready and I need to pick the car up today or I loose the deposit. He told me when I rung him "we only allow 3 days for the car to be picked up once a deposit has been made." How convenient he chooses to tell me then and not when putting the deposit down. Remember, I had already said that I could not pick up the car until the Friday which was 5 working days later, as I was waiting for a big payment via cheque which was going to pay for the car which I did explain when putting the deposit down. So, not only did they steal my money, they messed up my work and my career by being dishonest as I needed this car for work and traveling, I've now got less money to put down on another car, also lost a customer due to me not turning up because I was on the phone to them, meaning I need even longer to make up the money and deprived of me of my trust in all car dealers. So avoid them AT ALL COSTS! You'd be better off buying a bicycle from halfords. So regarding my Deposit, loss of work, loss of customer and buying stuff ready for when I got the car, I lost a total of £450 with them. Thank goodness I didn't buy the car, who knows how much the car was hiding.

I brought a now 11 year old car and have had for two years

Tyres were a little bare, when bought. Have had a few issues but something you would expect with an older car.

Price is lower than most, and that’s the gamble you take rather than going to a car lot with a guarantee.

Since I have recommended my partner to buy from there also. No problems so far.

Salesman was nice.

Aftercare is the only reason for not getting the 5th star.

My father-in-law bought a van from these people. The vehicle is fine but the proce was not as advertised. Presumably, they advertised at low price on Ebay to get interest, the day after we called, they put the price up. We only found out once we got there. When confronted about it, sales man turned nasty. NOT a pleasant experience AT ALL!!

Decent car however, I was told it had a CAMCHAIN it has not! Bought 2 months ago and already had to get a new tyre as badly worn.. this makes me wonder about the MOT! Going to put through my own MOT to check everything else! Be wary!

Bought a car from here and they ensured me there was no issues at all and that it had a “full service”. 2 months later the clutch and flywheel had both gone in the car and the only thing they did was not charge any labour but cost me £500 on top of what I already paid! I then find out the battery was on its way out and then cost another £150 for that!! Not very helpful at all. Was never given the paper work as well and customer service wasn’t great. Wouldn’t buy a car from here again
