Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They even refused to take money I offered them for checking my car but they explained to me what is wrong with my car (after half an hour test drive and check in the garage), what I need to do and how much it will cost if they will fix this issue. I'll definitely use them again, but this time I went to original dealer garage because of the warranty.

We just had our car serviced and MOTed at Alexanders and, as usual, continuing in the same vein with the new owner, our experience couldn't have gone better! Ben told us exactly what they were going to do, giving us options and prices for different services. Yes, the price has gone up, but as expected as everything has gone up. The car is super clean as well (ashamed to say, it was pretty grotty, sorry!). Thank you Ben and crew! Great communication, friendly and great service; would recommend to all. We will come again!

I've visited Alexanders twice - the first time when my car wasn't starting and the second for an MOT. Both times the service has been amazing, they are really friendly, the work is thorough and the pricing is very transparent and fair.

I'm always a bit self-conscious that I'm not very clued up on cars, but each time somebody has explained everything super clearly and made sure I'm happy with the associated costs before going ahead. Alexanders are brilliant and I would recommend to everyone!
