Initially was impressed seemed quite professional . Car was a fantastic price and very clean . However negotiating and sorting out finances in a small room full of salespeople chatting was a bit off - would think you would have a private room to talk finances .

Bought the car was really impressed with everything started to drive off and realised there was 0 miles of fuel in the car with no near petrol station . That was hugely insulting . Not even a fivers worth in the tank . Turned a exciting occasion into a stressful one as scared of breaking down on the duel carriage way .

When I got home I went to put the documentation in the glove box and the glove box fell off . I called to complain expecting them to fix it and was told the car was "sold as seen" . The car was definitely not sold as seen this was not ever stated and at no point was I told of the glove box issue . Of course i should have checked it but it is the last thing you would check when buying a second hand car. But that is irrelevant . Shoddy customer service when initially I was really impressed.

Bought a car from here seemed like nice people turns out they are just like any other used car salesmen. Dodgy to the core . Avoid . Also go by the name car arena .

dodgy place. all went good with finance but had issues with the car. got it dropped off and made a quick getaway, i got a car with a broken door lock, bird poo stains on the car, twisted seat belt, loose screws in the door panels, got told the car would have a full service but all i got was an oil change which i doubt even happened. the list could go on. dont buy from this dodgy place. all the bad reviews are absolutely right. there is better out there. dont make my mistake. have a good look around and a good look at the car before buying. i have another car from anchor cars. totally different service compared.
