Excellent service. No hard sell and bought a 5 year old Nissan Qashqai with really low mileage. Even picked me up from train station after I travelled from Manchester to collect. Highly recommend

Picked up our Nissan Qashqai today from Cars 4 Less and we had nothing but a positive experience with Nicole.
Smooth, relaxed process from start to finish with absolutely zero pressure. Nicole was supportive of us and respected our wants and needs, even with our millions of daily questions.

Do not recommend. Wasted my time waiting for a car that was never showing up. Luckily got my deposit back. Bad communication on their part. I lost out on the car I had been waiting to be delivered due to “delivery truck issues”. Avoid!

Just to follow up:
Delivery date was given, following Thursday, I had taken work off to be home. Nothing showed so I had to msg to be then told ‘tomorrow’. Again taken the day off work, never showed. I had to msg again to be told there is issues with delivery. The following week I was told delivery would be on the 9th and again taken time off work and a no show.
Clearly a holding fee doesn’t mean much and the car was sold to someone else who was able to pick up. Unfortunately as I was looking forward to receiving the car:/

I had a lovely experience with Cars 4 Less from start to finish. Nicole was so very helpful answering any questions I had. The car I purchased was exactly as described. Everything was just so easy with them. Would 100% recommend and would buy from them again.

Cannot rate this place enough. Drove 2 hours each way to view a car. We decided to ring before driving there and told them we were 2 hours away on a Sunday and they were supposed to close just before we got there, they happily stayed open for us to view and test drive the vehicle we had our eyes on without any pressure to buy or rush. We very quickly decided that the car we wanted to view was the car for us. Its condition was almost brand new for a 4 year old car, not a scratch on it and also very low mileage for a great price. Fresh MOT and service put on it before having it delivered to our house a few days later! Dealt with Eddie throughout the experience of buying who was very professional, friendly and happy to help with anything we needed! I also spoke with Nicole via email and over the phone who was also professional, friendly and happy to help! Overall great experience and would recommend this place to anyone. Even though it was a 4 hour round trip and took up most of our Sunday, it was well worth the trip and would go back again if ever needed another vehicle. Thank you so much! Loving my new car!
