I recently bought a Mercedes SL350 from Robert Brown and the service was excellent throughout. I had a bad experience with another Mercedes a few years ago so was apprehensive about not going through a main dealer but my fears were unfounded after meeting Robert. I was able to view the car twice and test drive on my own and was not pushed or hurried at any time to speed up the sale. The car was immaculately presented in a safe covid friendly environment. I can highly recommend this company and their attention to detail and would not hesitate to buy a car from Robert again.

I have just purchased a car from David Brown Cars and had a very good experience. I found Robert very open and transparent, there are no pushy sales for the cars or warranties. I even had some time to look over the car in detail and test drive. Any concerns I had were addresses which led to a great buying experience. I would recommend and certainly visit them again.

We drove over an hour to get to this garage. We arrived to the salesman on the phone, not even a nod in our direction to greet us. He handed us the key to our car and stayed on the phone. After looking at the car we mentioned it had a bad smell, but that appeared to be the only downside. We asked if he would take us for a test drive. His response was “ well unless you’re sure about buying the car I don’t really want to take you on a test drive “. Wow!
Terrible. Won’t be going back.
We were serious buyers and promptly left.

I brought my BMW 420 from here and the whole experience was easy and stress free, Robert was brilliant. The car was everything as stated in the advert and better, I would give more stars for the service and professional attitude but I can't but i will say this is the best dealer i have delt with in over 20 years of driving.
