Called KT Cars to arrange a viewing of a new car due to an unfortunate theft. Due to my circumstances, the dealer was willing to hold the car for a few days while I arranged transport to come for a test drive.

Ended up buying the car, and couldn't have had a more seemless process. Paid the deposit and paid the outstanding balance the following week. Staff very willing to go over everything and insisted any issues to get back and touch and they will help. They were more interested in making sure I had a good experience with them than just selling me a car to make a sale. Very professional, great price and highly recommended in the Northants area if you're looking for a new used car.

I don't recommend this place for second hand car buying. Everything seems great at first and the service is very nice until you buy a faulty car from them, then problems start .My case was very complicated I didn't get any help but they put conditions on which I did not agree because it didn't cover the whole damage ,that was to expensive . Iwas left with a broken car, they would later use a lawyer instead of settling the matter normally. This short text won't reflect what I've been through with them, and I don't wish anyone else. don't choose this dealer when buying a car. I do not recommend...

Bought a 2012 ford focus back in June, seemed like good guys. Got car home and realised parcel shelf was broken (fairplay not their fault we didn't notice) passenger wing mirror glass started popping out by the end of the day, did not happen when test driving and it hadn't been knocked, being electrically adjusted this was not easy to replace. They replaced the cambelt for me before purchase, within a week I had a warning come up that the engine coolant was too low, they had no redilled the fluid enough upon complation of cambelt and had to buy some to fill it. Brakes began making a noise within a week, there was a washer in the rear drum brakes, and the front discs were warped, this was clearly a pre existing condition and cost £250 to fix. The next week it broke down completely, one injector had gone and 3 on the brink, I was 2 weeks without a car fighting with the warranty company, who would not cover costs as it was not considered to be related to the engine (although I'd say it was pretty imperative to that). Then 2 days later I had the engine oil needs changing warning come up, despite it being serviced in may. Turns out it had been changed, but they had not reset it, whilst this is not really a problem its something else I had to return to my local garage to get sorted. I am a single mother of 2 who saved for 8 months to afford what I thought was a decent car from decent people. Instead they refused to help and I have had to borrow over £1000 to pay for repairs as I literally cannot be without a car and am now forced to use food banks while I pay that off. Never use this dealer unless you want to get completely and utterly screwed over.

If you’re reading reviews because you’re about to go buy from them dont!!! After buying a car for a week the alternator couldn’t take a long drive because it was half dead. Called the garage to ask if they were aware of this issue and the guy shouted down the line and then hung up the phone immediately after shouting and not letting me speak. AVOID AT ALL COSTS NO MANNERS NOT EVEN SIMPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS RIDICULOUS

Response to your reply , you and i both know thats a lie i was in the office with my phone on speaker as you started shouting while i was silent my co worker is the one who said why is she shouting at you, we then recorded that call till you hung up and the other two of you threatening me so yes go ahead to the police i have too. I also have on record me asking why this was not mentioned when I bought the car and not once did i ask for another car, lying gets you no where.

Bought a Kia Proceed GT from KT Cars and it was a very positive experience, lovely staff in there, a non pressure environment and don’t push any sales onto you. They give you the keys and let you view the a car as you please. The two guys who dealt with me (Josh) and I didn’t catch the other name, sorry! but you will know who you are, very nice guys and made the overall experience really enjoyable.

Would recommend and would use again if I am looking for another car in the future. 5* service

Our daughter has just passed her test so we went looking for a car for her. After visiting numerous used car dealers, we returned to KTs, what a refreshing change. No hassle, no stresses, given plenty of time to view the cars we were interested in. Friendly knowledgeable sales folk. I would recommend KTs if you are looking for a second hand car. Great prices, Great choice, Great staff. And yes, we did buy a car, the daughter is very happy with her new motor.

Very careful!! Huge oil leak DSG Clutch problem .Anything you report to warranty they say wearing tear Policy apply ONLY Dane 1500 miles Since I bought the car I know it's a high mileage car but like a garage it should be responsible For the cars what is selling to public .
