I have visited the place with my friend who bought a Volvo XC60 from them. Twice he had to give it to service centre within a month of purchase and the way staff was treating him made him very upset and annoyed. I tried to help by checking if we can find out a solution for the ever saying excuse of "no courtesy car available". Added to this, in previous visits, My friend had to beg for courtesy car and he was not let by the BigMotoring World to make the repairs by the manufacturer as it might be costly. So this time, I accompanied him.

The reception staff was friendly. but management staff was very authoritative and strangely sharp. They were not happy that we reached at service centre before the "confirmation call" though from the very same desk we got a call the previous day that car is ready at Volvo Service; they asked us to return on Monday (ONLY after receiving a call from Reception) as they are running short staff so there is no way they can help to pick up a car from a service garage 20mins away from them.

We had to make clear on our necessity. We offered that even by Taxi, we will reach Volvo and collect it ourselves because the lady was not happy to give the courtesy car as she feels we might not return it and she would be in trouble (how RUDE! ..dared to say it publicly).
Added to , she was reluctant to help because Volvo staff may not release our car to us because BigMotoring world had given the job to Volvo- Not us!

At the end, the lady was convinced and made arrangements with Volvo, Maidstone. She was "generous" to give the courtesy car too to drive to Maidstone.

Volvo staff was extremely helpful and happy to help with anything. My friend is regretting now to have this deal in Big Motoring World.

I've waited to submit this review due to my vehicle still being under warranty.
What a poorly run buissness. I had taken my car to this after sales branch due to the paintwork on the car having mop swirls. Easy enough fix but not something you want when you've just spent 11k on a vehicle. Big Motoring world(BMW) accepted responsibility and at first everything was ok. Until I got my vehicle back after the visit(see photos). Obviously I complained and dealt with a female manager who couldn't care any less ! They promised they would fix the mop swirls which has been made 100x worse than they originally was ! Well after 3 more visits the issue was only made worse after each visit. I once again complained and was told BMW were no longer accepting responsibility for the damages they had made and I would have to sort it myself. I then went official and went through C.A.B and threatened to take it further. BMW then decided to use an external company who fixed the issues immediately. Absolute nightmare which cost me time off work.

Very very slow, was not seen at appointment time. Wasted my whole day to be told to come back another day. The car has to go to a specialist for radio change for 4-5 days it would have been better for them just to change the system over

BY ALL MEANS AVOID THIS COMPANY.

The worst I have not come across a company this troublesome and stressful. I have only had my Audi A3 for less then 2 months and it has been with Big Motoring World Snoodland Garage since May 31st. They do not communicate properly they keep saying the specialist has it and have not even given me clear update on my vehicle, it is as if they have just stolen my car.
I have been waiting on the phone to them numerous amount time for hours at times they just hang up as if they know its me ringing. They have not even given me a courtesy car.

Ben Page is the worst guy to deal and also all his co workers.

BEWARE READ THIS REVIEW !!!.
This isn't a review of just a bad experience this is a review to help people understand the service you will get from this company and the fact that when it comes down to it they just want a sale and your money.
Once they have that they will try there best to get out of paying for any faults with your car.
They will happily let you take away a car with WORN OUT BRAKES. I was told via email by a staff member 3mm is there preparation standards for brake pads and even though brake pads at 3mm should be replaced or very soon to needing replacement they WON’T CARE because they have low standards of after sales care for customers.
I had my 20k car TWO DAYS and the brake pad warning light came on and now I’m having to pay to get this fixed elsewhere.
Take my advise if you can go to a main dealer for a car or another garage you should get decent after sales customer service, you won’t get that at BIG MOTORING WORLD.
Really consider this review before you buy a car because it could save you a lot of hassle in the future.
Don’t also be swayed by all the good reviews because they bribe customers with Amazon gift cards to leave a review as you leave after your purchase with them.

Great experience with Big Motoring World Aftersales. My car had minor electrical issues. I dropped it off with them and it was fixed that day which I picked up the following day. They are very professional; all issues and repairs are emailed to you in detail. They even pumped up the tyres for me even though it wasn't one of the issues I specified. Staff were all friendly and the centre had loads of seats to relax and wait, if you require it. One negative is that it is quite far from my house (1hr drive) but considering I got the repair done for free because of the 90 days warranty, it is totally worth getting your car repaired by Big Motoring World as there will be car specialist at hand who will know what they are doing compared to your local garage.

The staff in this branch are racist as can be! Purchased a vehicle and the car started making funny noises. A few days later took it to BMW and technicians stated all brake pads were knackered which Big motoring failed to find when it was at their workshop. Also, they promised a tyre which they later stated they did not. The managers customer service manager VE was so discriminative and implied I was physically altering the vehicle. Upon showing them the BMW prognosis they failed to take matter any further probably in shame!! VE threatened to take legal action on me and went against GDPR. Please do not visit this site if you belong to BAME background. If anybody wants to see recording which VE was fully aware please get in contact.

Despite all the negative reviews I read before taking my car, I have had a good experience. My car had a leak in the air conditioning condenser and some electrical problems and everything was fixed in one day and leaving me a courtesy car. all covered by warranty
