These chaps seem decent folk and maybe you should check them out if you need a new car. I went to look at a specific car and they helped us, let us drive it and answered questions.
The only negative was some advice where to find a main road would have been helpful as I feel you need to test a high speed car at high speed. Sadly I wasn't that keen on the car and it was far more thirsty than I feared. Don't let that put you off. Just because BMW says you can get 35mpg doesn't make it true in the real world. Anyway, a good place and professional folk.

Flintshire car sales were first class from start to finish. They let us take our time perusing and test driving cars, allowed us time to consider which car we wished to purchase without pestering us and when we asked for couple of bits to be sorted on the one we chose they made sure they were done.

They gave us a good trade in on old vehicle.

There was a minor issue post purchase which they dealt with with no quibble. All in all a five star experience.

I've bought 2 cars from Flintshire Car Sales now....guess I was lucky the first time round. 2nd vehicle developed a fault within 3 weeks which ended up requiring a claim on warranty. They would not cover the excess on the policy. Shortsighted from a business perspective. Buyer beware. You've been warned.

Not sure where Land Rover specialist has come from? You wanted to fit a second hand Diff to the car and called it 'betterment'. No thanks, I'll have a reconditioned unit!

No missed calls or Voicemails either!

Bought a fiat bravo off Flintshire car sales, It broke down in the first 24hr! This place doesn't reply to your emails and gives you massive promises over the phone but never follow through. And once I got my money back they wanted me to sing a paper to say I wouldn't leave a negative reviw.

Would have given Flintshire car sales a 0 star if it was possible!

Initially all seemed great, pleasant to deal with collected the car, got home then found issues..
Bonnet wouldn't open, engine and gearbox undertrays missing, passenger front wheel arch liner broken with a section of it missing, the front bumper is damaged underneath and has a section cut out of it where the undertray bolts fit so I am not sure a replacement undertray can even be fitted now!
I was also sold the car with the promise of a receipt for timing chain replacement at £1500 carried out before I collected the car, but receipt has never materialised!
Despite numerous Emails back and forth which they are now not responding I still have the missing/broken parts, no receipt for proof of timing chain and a siezed bonnet catch which needs replacing.

Be very cautious in buying car here I purchased car in beginning of March 2021 and they said it was in excellent condition spoken to Richard and Wayne. They said only just came in 10 days ago infact was there until November 2020 last year After I received the car there was no fuel whatsoever and it was in the red on the dash also there wasn’t any coolant init whatsoever and it was filthy inside it had to go back to repair as there was something wrong with it. 4 repair things was needed was there for 13 days and 7 days in weekdays after I spoke to Richard on text message he didn’t want to know whatsoever then I started to type email to them about the situation and I would go to trading standards after that they send me email saying the would come and collect the car so be careful. All though it had warranty on it doesn’t mean you can use it while the vehicle is faulty already it illegal. Although we had the problems at the start they help in the end and they came down to collect the car which is quiet far from me. I received bunch of flowers for apology and curtsey car which they told me In the start they couldn’t give me one. Few down point was I had to check in though keep me up to date with things very so often about situation trough Email but eventually they came back to me sometimes or otherwise had to phone them up. In regards to the problems and customer service I had in the end I would give it 3 personally I wouldn’t go back here to purchase a car after my
Experience with company awful service considering how much I payed for the car should of had discount for false advertising information about the car health and condition.
