Following initial misunderstanding over communication, the work was carried out exactly as requested & to a high standard.
They kept me well informed whilst work was carried out giving me an opportunity how best to proceed. Will be back.

We had a problem with the tyre pressure and the warning on the display. They checked it immediately and charged nothing for it!

Can’t leave lower than one star unfortunately! Very poor service. Took nearly 12 working hours to return calls. Won’t be using them again.

Update to reply:
Very difficult to book a free retest when you don’t return calls for 12 working hours. Told that you are too busy yet can reply to a negative review within 30 minutes!

We got there on sunday and they had closed for the day. However, the staff still had time to talk with us about a few vehicles. Very hospitable and some very nice cars 🚗 👌

Superb service from Forge Garage. I had a flat tire 2 miles away and the car couldn’t make it to the garage. They drove out to me, checked it, brought equipment to remove the wheel, drove back to their premises to fit the tire and brought it back to me again. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Fantastic service. Had a couple of small issues covered by warranty on my car. The warranty wasnt taken out with forge. But they were more than happy to help. And sorted everything out for me. I’ll be booking all my future servicing with forge for sure. Personal thanks to James too who sorted it all out for me. 👍🏻
