A helpful company. The service was the right mix of information, and clarity, with time to try out the car, consider options and arrange part exchange. A good team and set up. A relatively comfortable experience as these things go!

My Wife and I really can not reccomend a better car sales, The service we recived was better than Rolls Royce would deliver! certainly right up there with them! In a few months we bought 2 top of the range cars from them (Range Rover & Jaguar XF) They are both amazing value for money! and we felt so comfertable when buying and asking questions, Nothing was too much for Dusty who I think owns PMC, We have already reccomended 2 friends who want to buy to PMC and they have both thanked us as they feel the same as us!

I will wrap this up with 2 main comments 1) Great value for money 2) Nothiing iss too much trouble for them! (I can assure anyone that I do not leave positive reviews unless I mean them!)

Brilliant purchase and handover experience, they really worked to go the extra mile.

Unfortunately, a few months later, the car suffered a timing chain fault and the warrenty company refused to pay out (even though it was then effectively a non-runner). I could understand maybe a minor issue, but a complete engine failure is cause for a payout from the warrenty.

Buy the car, but just not the warrenty (you'd be better off not bothering and saving money. If you're really bothered, go to one of the bigger, more trusted providers)

Edit: Thanks for your response, basically, they just didn't pay out on what was a complete failure of the engine. I've also upped from 2 to 4 stars because it really wasn't anything to do with you, just the warrenty providor.

Wow what can I say other than amazing!

If your looking for a used car sales dealership look no further. Dusty and the team went above and beyond expectations.

Not only was the price on the Range Rover spot on compared to local market prices, they also offered a great trade in price for our Mercedes.

The customer service from start to finish was amazing with us having a test drive booked within an hour, swapping our personal number plates over and answering all our stupid questions.

We had a few problems with electrics (usual Range Rover problems) but these were sorted out immediately without any hesitation by Penarth Motors.

What can I say other than we are over the moon with the new motor and would highly recommend Penarth Motors to all friends and family.

Since buying my partner's car 3 years ago I have bought 5 cars in total as a family from Penarth Motor Company. All transactions have been smooth and faultless and Dusty is easy to deal with and goes the extra mile to look after his customers. No pressure selling as the quality of the cars sell themselves. First garage I look at stock when it's time for a new car. It's great to find a car dealer you can trust.

Excellent garage. Spoke to both Dusty and Darren. No hard sell or getting you to spend extra. They let you browse in your own time and will do whatever they can to help you get a good deal everyone is happy with.
Would definitely recommend and will be going back if looking for an exchange in the future.
