West End Cars

Bought a car when I went to pick it up I noticed before I'd driven 200 meters there was few problems, they obviously never pre checked the car before I picked it up, although they did sort out a few issues such as the radio, fog lights and no jack straight away. The car had an over heating problem. long story short it took 3 return visits and over 2 months constantly in the garage for it to be sorted. I know I wasn't going to get a perfect car but for them not to notice and get things like the radio sorted is just not good.

Bought a car which had a faulty turbo which was eventually changed but when I asked for my money back after a couple of days I was ignored. They were supposed to have had the car valeted & pre checked before non of which was done. avoid.

Avoid at all cost ! , bought a car having researched and found it had been left standing for a year , as untaxed and only driven 100 miles , they denied it , asked for an inspection report as promised , was told wasn’t needed as had been serviced when mot,d .Despite misgivings purchased the car ,luckily enough have a brilliant mechanic who inspected it within half an hour of buying , the mot was a complete fabrication , should have had at least 8 advisory’s , and failed, on a cracked rear coil spring , could have snapped at anytime as was rusted away and at 70 mph the rear suspension would collapse ! , also 3 door internal door locks did not work so you would have been not have been to get out ! , probably rusted from standing for a year ! .In all fairness we were refunded straight away , but had paid a £100 deposit which they refused to refund as they had bought a new wing mirror and boot cover for it , for the car , not us , and were out of pocket , we lost money taxing the car to leave the forecourt and changing insurance , to insure the car ! . The car reg is **60 *EU , do not buy unless you have £500 extra to spare , I will also be reporting the MOT provider to the DVSA for falsification of MOT,S .

Absolutely rubbish, after a few problems with this car ..I took it to kwickfit and apparently this car had an other engine problem...this car did not have the satisfactory engine, this man is a crook! Don't ever shop there..he told me not to go to kwikfit but they told me that my car had a different engine and that I should sell my car ASAP.. donnot buy a car from west end colwyn bay garage!

I purchased this BMW 3 months ago from West End Cars. The car was prepared and serviced ready for me to collect. Sadly there were a few problems with it so I had contact with the owner of garage, who assured me that I could get the car put right by any garage at no cost to myself, as the warranty would cover any eventuality. Sadly that is a load of bull !!! They are aware that the warranty company that they use will try and get out of every claim. So don't ever believe that anything will be covered when purchased from this garage. The warranty isn't worth the paper it is written. Not to be trusted.

Sadly the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. It costs money to put things right even though you're told it wont cost anything. So very disappointed. Had the car 2 days and it cost £144

sadly the same thing happened to us bought the car 6 weeks ago taken it to the garage today warranty won't pay found loads of things wrong with it just cost us a extra 300 pounds stay away
