The car we bought was pristine and smelt amazing and the price was even better, it was very well looked after by the team and looked brand new. Thanks Russell Stoneman for a fantastic experience today. Pleased with the price we got for our old car and impressed with our new car. Really professional, friendly and knowledgeable 5* service. We felt really relaxed and no pressure to buy. Last time we brought a car from a different garage it took hours but the process today was a lot quicker and everything was sorted in good time. All the staff were great with our 2yr old, didn't mind her running around, offered drinks and she loved the toys in the seating area. Would highly recommend the garage!

This car dealership was so efficient and friendly, the vehicles on the forecourt were of a high quality. Also their prices are very competitive, no nonsense at this place. The staff are polite and extremely helpful, we made a deal on a Suzuki and I have already driven the vehicle up to Scotland, and had my mechanic go over the car and his reply was very positive and reassuring. We worked mainly with Matthew who's communication was superb, he was quick to respond and had great interpersonal skills. He went out of his way to respond to us and be helpful. He was quick to respond and give us the information we needed.

The car we originally looked at sold but we were keen to keep looking at Britannia because of the excellent customer service we had already received. We felt looked after and valued by Matthew - there was no pressure and he was exactly what we would want in a Car Salesman. We trusted him!
