Just purchased a car for my wife. After a few days noticed clutch was slipping so rang the dealer. Told to bring car back and they would sort it out straight away. Took car back and a courtesy car was ready for me on arrival. Car was ready to be picked up within 48 hours having had a new clutch fitted. Brought my first car from here. I had issues right from the start, the car wasn't ready when they said it would be despite giving them two extra days. Wasn't told this so made the journey to pick it up and only to find once I was there that it wasn't ready.
I was told when I paid for the car that it would get a full service, I never got any prof of this (service record book not stamped).
The clutch was so high it was near impossible to drive (after been told several times that it dives really well, and I wasn't given the option of a test drive either). I ended up getting it fixed by another garage as when I called inquiring about it and the warranty, the person I spoke to knew nothing about it and told me they would get someone to call back, no one ever did.
The worst thing by far though was that after waiting three months for my log book to arrive and after contacting the DVLA I was told that the car wasn't even registered to me! When I then called to ask about this, I was told they have no record of me or the car, then being told I had a completely different car and asked "are you sure?" like I wouldn't know what car I have. It was finally sent off after many backs and forwards phone calls. After four months of owning the car, I was finally the legal owner.
I have had countless problems since, overheating, oil leeks, battery... All things that could have been avoided if I had gotten the service I had been promised.
Really poor after care, and full of people who don't seam to now what they are doing, would not recommend. Only reason it's not one star is that the car actually hasn't broken down, if that's worth something.

Amazing customer service! Nothing was never too much trouble for the staff, car was clean when picked up with all documents, no problems with the car at all! Would definitely be back to purchase another car if needed.

I am absolutely over the moon with my 'new' car. It is just perfect for me and goes like a little rocket. It's a lovely colour and sparkles too! Walked onto the forecourt, no hassling by the sales staff, very friendly. Spent a short while looking around, spotted a 1 series in metallic grey.
Spoke to Steve who let me take it for a drive. An hour later the car was mine....

Gareth was great to deal with, there was absolutely no pressure selling from him, the car was good but had accident damage that was poorly repaired. Would of done a deal to take it as is as I’d rather have the repairs done correctly but a deal wasn’t able to be done.
