Was originally going to sell my car to we buy any car but I got shafted and would have had to pay a ridiculous amount of admin fee. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Daniel and Craig are top blokes who go above and beyond to help you find your next car. Came to view an Astra gtc and from the start I had fantastic service. As I was unable to drive away the same day in the vehicle, they held the vehicle for me until I could come back to collect. They even came to pick me up from the train station. Could not fault the customer service I received, and the car was also well looked after and they went through all the service books and work carried out with me. Highly recommend.

Where do I start… Hudson Cars Cardiff/Dan was an absolute pleasure to deal with, from the first point of contact via WhatsApp right through to collection day.

Any queries or questions I had, Dan answered to the best of his ability with honest answers and put my mind completely at ease… especially considering I was purchasing the car without seeing it.

I also had to get the train to Cardiff and Dan even came and collected us from the train station, NOW THATS SERVICE!!!

This was my first time dealing with Hudson Cars and generally purchasing a car from someone other than a main dealer and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Dan/Hudson again. Customer service was outstanding and the car was exactly as described.

Pleasant and easy purchase! From start to finish Dan provided the best customer experience I’ve had when buying a car, I received a reasonable part ex price for my old car and a great price on a new one! The car was very clean and well looked after. Dan was very professional and polite, he made sure I was happy with everything before I went ahead with the purchase, there was no rush at all like most car sales places. All the paperwork was completed for me there and then so I didn’t have the hassle of completing it all at home. Nothing is too much for the staff here their amazing!
