The worse experience ever for purchasing a car, I was so excited to find the car I wanted, I was promised everything including delivery within 24 hours but this is where the alarm bells should have rung and I should have run away, no communication and I’ve now had to pay for my car to be fixed privately to date it’s cost over £2500 inc vat to fix and yet all that was offered in the beginning was 1600 inc vat and even that was like getting blood from a stone I had every excuse they were quick to take the bacs payment we made to secure the sale but when my new car was on a tow truck within 20 mins of its purchase I should’ve kicked off but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. It’s now 3 months since purchase and it’s cost a fortune to get running but finally it’s fixed at my expense it was sold to me in very poor health and I’ve had to fight for communication. I’ve had stories of flights to and from Spain a relationship breakup to then the man who sold me the car didn’t work for them anymore. Oh and the address on the listing isn’t theirs they are based out of a body work unit. So if you want a broken car and to make 1000s of phone calls to get ignored then these chaps are the ones for you. BUYER BEWARE DONT USE THEM!

Booked and appointment days prior, the address on Google and Autotrader were out of date so we arrived at the wrong location. We get to the right place only a couple minutes after our booking to find they'd given my appointment to a walk-in thinking it was me because they didn't ask for confirmation. Proceeded to sell them the car even though I arrived before they even test drove it. Afterwards the manager told me over the phone he would ring back in 5 mins with offers in my price range but never called back.
Awful experience

Told my mother 'the car is yours' then stopped answering phone. When called from another number he answered then hung up. Grow up. If you have another buyer just communicate. Be professional.
