I've just bought my second caravan off j&j caravans I did a part ex and was satisfied with the price I got for my caravan, I'm well pleased with the new caravan and will be going away for its maiden journey next week. Carl and the staff were very helpful and explained a few things I didnt know about on the new caravan especially the auto leveling system, Carl and the gang were very helpful and I'd use them again

Having read a few bad reviews from disgruntled customers, I was weary about using this company. However, after visiting their site, I was welcomed and shown around their various caravans and vehicles, and ended up buying a flawless Mini Cooper for my mother. I dealt with two of the salesmen called John and Jimmy, who were well informed on the vehicles and caravans they were selling. I cannot fault the honesty and candour that J&J caravans showed myself and my mother. Thanks once again.

Price agreed to purchase caravan from me. 7 days later they dropped the agreed price by a grand. Tried to force the sale at the reduced price by saying they could put the money in the bank account immediately
Steer clear of these unscrupulous business men!

We purchased a Hobby a few years ago, had nothing really but trouble with it, all the time for various reasons.
Make sure you don't purchase a van that has been an import, doesnt UK plug sockets, took a while to get sorted with a back window replacement.
On the outset we were told incorrect things about the brand new Hobby, total misunderstanding on the sales persons side. We were given a used valuation figure for ours, then got told we were given a incorrect figure and the sum offered was considerably lower than at first.But, because I was so taken with how the new van looked I just went ahead with the purchase.
Now knowing what I do, I really wished I had left in on the forecourt.

Excellent customer service, everyone is really friendy and professional. Kept me in the loop regarding my new caravan.

J and J also delivered the caravan right to my drive! Brilliant!

I highly recommend and would 100% purchase again in future.

Travelled 3 hours to look at a motorhome which was £23,950. Contacted them first to advise we were coming and by the time we had got there the price and shot up by £1000. The sales man was not professional at all.We asked various questions but he struggled to answer them,clearly had no knowledge of this vehicle. Steer clear of this Company. Could only post this if I ticked one star - which this was far to much

We are warning people to be carefull when dealing with this company because we expierenced intimadating treatment from the two managers and their other sales person. We went to ask for our deposit back as we had changed our minds but were met with aggressive behaviour and were accused of intimadation, i am 77 years old and 5ft 2 inches a size 10 and my husband is 78 years old, 5 feet 7 inches and weighes 12 stone !!!! Also it is impossible to read their terms and conditions which is printed on the reverse of their contract. But we have been told by trading standards that we are not intitled to a deposit refund because we bought on their sales forcourt. Sue Watkins

Would maybe be a great idea to update the website.travelled up from South Wales to look at a van that your website says is available along with numerous others.only to find it was sold the same day and in fact only two vans oùt of a full yard was available. Put that with a couldn't care less if u sell a van or not attitude. Meant it was a compete waste of our time had to rate it one star to get this review .but will not be going back anytime soon
