He will promise to call you back
" BUT WON'T"
This happened twice.
So I bought a car from another garage, who
"DID CALL ME BACK"
Reviews work both ways, "good or bad"
Just do your job, or get another one !
"BUT NOT IN SALES"

Bought a focus st richard was great had a small problem with a anti roll bar drop link richard sorted it same day would highly recommend to anyone car is great will be purchasing my next car from there great guys

Trade my car in for a newer one ,excellent service

1 star too much! Don't go anywhere near this place! Good prices on cars, but there's usually a reason! Bought a car from here, first month an issue with indicator stalk, took nearly a month to repair then engine died within 8months! (6 year old car on about 50k miles!) Never been serviced according to my mechanic.....£1800 later!!!! New engine needed etc. Refusal to accept any responsibility! Avoid like the plague!

ABSOLUTE SHOCKER OF A COMPANY

PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN AND 10 days later still nothing

Still working on the car apparently.

Asked to cancel my order and refund my deposit
And was told that they will not having it back .

DO NOT BIT A CAR OFF THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYS
I WORK DAMM HARD FOR MY MONEY AND IT IS VERY UPSETTING THAT THEY HAVE A DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICES.

I cannot fault the service I have received from this company, used car sales have a bad reputation, not this one. Thank you for assisting me with the purchase of a car for my daughter, you have been amazing. Thanks again guys.

Having read all the reviews , I won't be going near the place shame as they had the car I wanted, I can live with problems on cars ,but not bad dealers shame as customer service is everything ,why are some car dealers like this just be honest and do your best with customers

My friend was desperate for a car and so we test drive but there was a problem needing repairing which was to be done and was but she had to put a deposit down. On going back she had decided the car was not for her but the deposit was not refunded, the answer was the car had been taken off Sales and repaired so could not refund. So beware do not put a deposit on anything, we did get back half our deposit but it wasn't forthcoming so best to not deal with this garage.
