I was looking to change my car for something different but wasn’t sure what i really wanted. After speaking to Gavin and listening to his excellent knowledge of different cars i become torn between an Audi or a BMW. After many test drives on both cars i decided on the Audi. Wow! Gavin took care off me from start to finish and the whole experience was completely painless. The car (Evoque ) looked stunning!!! It came with the balance of the manufacturers warranty (9 months) and the further reassurance of a further 6 months warranty from Gavin!!! That's nearly 18 months peace of mind motoring. The car has so far been amazing. I've had it for 6 months and covered 6k miles. Fuel consumption is 50mpg. The car averaged nearly 60mpg on a recent drive to the Lake District!!! Gavin is a gentleman and I would recommend him to anyone. My purchase was taylormade by virtue of the fact that Gavin sourced the car that I wanted. The price I paid was super reasonable and the finance arrangements first class. I'm so pleased. As a customer I felt valued. Please don't ever get too big! Small is definitely beautiful.

What super service provided by Gavin. From the initial inquiry made by Gavin through to the sale of my vehicle it was extremely professional, simple and very straightforward transaction. The price was agreed on the phone, Gavin paid a deposit and on collection of the vehicle the remainder balance was transferred to me immediately. All v5 document changed over online straight away and vehicle was collected by a lovely gentleman. Would defiantly recommend Gavin and his team, very trust worthy and honest team. Will have no hesitation to use them again in the future.
