Found the car I was looking for in a 900 mile round trip. Darren delt with me over email. Communication was good with quick responce to my queries. Very easy to deal with I arrived early to view the car was dealt with there and then. Very easy going sale. Drove the car the 450 miles with no issue and had it a few days now very happy so far. Happy to use these guys again

As a first time buyer I was very nervous looking for my first car. Oak tree helped me find out what was ideal for me. After my initial contact, I had viewed the car and just less than 24 hours later, everything was settled and it was ready to take home. Such an easy and hassle free process, I could not recommend them enough!

I was very happy dealing with Darren and Alex at Oak Tree Motors when purchasing a used car. They were both helpful and informative, but not pushy…telling me to take time to think about the purchase rather than suggesting any rushed decision needed to be made. The purchase price of the car includes a year’s free AA roadside recovery and they extended the warranty from 3 to 6 months FOC. I’m no expert but, in my opinion, Oak Tree had a good stock of quality used cars at a fair price and I was offered a fair price for my car in part exchange.

I’d stay well away, the one bloke has a right attitude problem and a complete rip off, a dealership using the term loosely using auto trader for an accurate valuation is a bit of a joke when caps/glasses guide is the leading and most accurate car valuation service.

Response to your response - for the record this review is 100% accurate, I’ve also been offered £17000 from webuyanycar and 17450 from a reputable dealer in Newport, both 3k or more over your unprofessional valuation, disagreeing with a rip off valuation isn’t being abusive, and also telling you that I’d never buy a car from your place is fact, learn a lesson and stop trying to rip off you potential customers, I was interested in the focus ST you have there hence why I originally come in. Shame on you and your very poor attempt at ripping someone off 👍

I purchased a Peugeot 208 from Oaktree after seeing the car on Autotrader. This was the first used car I've bought from a garage in over 20 years, so it was a bit daunting, but the process was seamless, and the garage let me inspect the car in my own time, then we went on a little test drive. It was a lovely relaxed process with no hard sell, just purely my choice.
I've had the car a week now and I absolutely love it. The car is perfect and I have no reason to think otherwise but I feel comfortable if anything did go wrong in the 3 month warranty period then I know we could have a grown up conversation about it.

We were looking for a new family car and visited numerous car dealers but by far Oaktree motors were the best. We dealt with Darren who was honest and really helpful whenever we spoke with him as all the other reviews said! There was no pressure to buy and he left us with the car to have a look round and was happy to answer any questions we had. If you are looking for a car i wouldn't hesitate in recommending Oaktree motors or using them again. The added extra of 12 months free AA cover and 3 months warranty were a definite bonus!
