Absolutely amazing service. I found the car through auto trader and I couldn’t have had a better experience. This was my first car purchase and the whole experience was so smooth and hassle free. Tim was incredibly helpful with all my queries. He was really patient throughout the entire process with no sales pressure at all. He helped me with a great finance deal, warranty, insurance, tax etc. This is how buying a new car should be. Nice and easy. Whole process was completed in a day and the car was in immaculate condition. It was even better than it was looking in the photos. I highly recommend T J Car sales. Thank you!

Mike was absolutely excellent throughout the entire process.
I emailed Saturday night, heard back on the Sunday morning and was able to go and view the car within the hour.
After a test-drive I was able to drive away after making the purchase within the hour.
The whole process was seamless and Mike was brilliant all the way through.

I am writing this to give a balanced review.

I bought a car from TJ car sales in September, and will outline the series of events which will hopefully inform your own view of this company.

1. Went down in September on Friday 9 September, was told to come back at 10:00am the Saturday morning to test drive.
2. Saturday morning, the car hadn't moved, no apology given.
3. Having test drove several of the same car, I purchased the car on the condition that a part was replaced in the interior.
4. Initial pick up date was given as the following Friday 16th September, but was not picked up until Friday 23rd, with the part having not arrived and the sales staff unwilling to provide basic updates.
5. To their credit, when the part arrived they fitted it promptly.
6. Within a day the tyre pressure sensor went and the check engine light came on.
7. Took the car down and the signals were cleared.
8. As i drove off the same day, the change oil light came on. I called several times and took the car down as this was said to have been changed during the service with TJ car sales in August. No resolution was given.
9. This morning after x21 calls to TJ car sales between September and November, and the change oil light still on. I submitted a complaint and asked for them to respond by email. Tom from TJ car sales, has said "i will not be dictated to on how to respond".
10. At the time of writing, my complaint is unresolved.

All in all, the sales staff are nice. The mechanic is also really nice. My ask to just have this resolved so I can get on with life is a pretty reasonable request.

I think if you have a problem with your vehicle, you are rolling the dice with this company. My advice to TJ car sales would be, listen to your customers, it will reduce the volume of contact points.

I would not recommend this company to friends and family.

Really good service, friendly helpful staff, and a warranty you can trust!
I needed a car last minute as mine was not fixable for MOT.
Went to several dealers in Bridgend, as well the big names. Their prices did not compare to how good the prices at TJ were. Small stock, but all the cars were well selected and in good condition.
Drove out with a car within an hour.
Its been 2 months now and no big issues. Went to a mechanic who was amazed at the good state of the car.
Warranty: I normally stay away from these as often they aren't worth the paper they're written on, or cover parts that never break.
TJ has their own, and it appears will fix/help you with most problems on the spot. No hassle/no paperwork.
My power window switch went a month in. Called them, got a call back a week later to tell me it was waiting for me. Got it replaced while they got me a coffee!
Overall very please with the service and aftercare!

Really helpful when buying a car, quick and simple. Drove the car away the same day! Really happy with the customer service

Would highly recommend!! Such a quick and easy sale - we rang up in the morning and drove it home the same day. Steve was really helpful and even went the extra mile to get us a cheaper finance deal and a quicker pick up. The others in there were also very friendly. From start to finish this was so easy and trouble free to do which is just what buying a car should be. I emailed wary hours of this morning whilst looking around for cars as I needed to upgrade to a bigger car due to my family getting bigger with a new arrival and was asked to pop down so they could have a look at giving me a price for my car and to view the car I was interested in. Was given a fair price for mine and test drove my new car. Went in and sorted out the deal. Nice easy and simple. Tim was brilliant really friendly and no pressure sales just perfect
