Toni was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Sold me an outstanding BMW 330d which not only drives very well, but was also in excellent cosmetic condition! Seriously could not be more impressed with the vehicle. Toni has also been very accommodating and was very happy to let me test drive and see the vehicle the same day I asked. I spent nearly 3 months looking for me dream BMW, and could not be more happy with waiting for this car. You can feel confident buying from Favourite Motors!

My dad (66 and disabled) bought a Jaguar XF from favourite motors, it
had many faults. We had to fight with the finance
company to reject the vehicle as the garage
wouldn't accept it and offered us £100. Eventually
they took the vehicle back but told my dad through
the finance company that he would have to collect
the car he used as a px himself (165 miles). When
trying to arrange collection of his car the garage
wouldn't answer the phone. To this point it has taken
3 months, my dad is disabled and without a vehicle
due to the unprofessional approach from this
garage. Not to mention them swearing down the
phone at me when I originally phoned to see about
having the vehicle repaired. Their 3 month warranty
is according to them up to a total of £250!

Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
Bought a car from them and it was knackered 14 weeks later.

Stay well clear from them. Sold my car to me with a faulty steering rack. Then tried charging me for the repairs. They cut corners when it comes to the cars safety.

Hi This is very bad company. Don't buy any car from this company. They take my money after that they sold someone else. I think they don't have real car.

Greeted by a nice friendly and helpful team. A mind boggling number of cars here. Unfortunately not one that suited our purpose but from what we could see all cars were of high quality.

Unbelievably rude. Started swearing and shouting at me after I said I wasn't interested in the car as it was in worse condition than it looked online, just because he went home early and had to come back out to open up. Glad i wasted his time after his attitude. Don't even bother going to view a car there

Would not recommend. Not so interested with new buyers. When I tried to test drive a couple of cars, they were bothered and didn't want to move cars for me driving.
