Just bought a car from BAV Motors. The staff were friendly, the turnaround was quick and they were very flexible and willing to work to my situation. Couldn't recommend high enough.

Purchased my car from BAV motors Pyle a few weeks ago. The service I received was lovely, friendly and in no way pushy. From the start I was able to look around the cars without being pounced upon also able to take the car of my choice out for a lone test drive. Prior to being able to take home my chosen vehicle, it was serviced and a new mot undertaken, I was assured any issue that arose would be completed. I highly recommend Gerald and his wife, I will be back in the future.

Have today received my new car which was delivered to my house free of charge from Bav Motor Company. Gerald was very friendly & did not push a sale which is always a plus in my eyes. He even sorted out the road tax! Great customer service all in all.

Found an issue with a car I recently purchased and contacted BAV to bring it to their attention. Gerald was brilliant, immediately apologised for the issue and recommended I get the work done at a garage and then for the garage to contact BAV to process a payment.

I drove from Devon to purchase a lovely Focus last week from BAV motors in Bridgend and Richard was a great salesman. There was no pressure at all, I was just left to my own devices so I could inspect the vehicle in my own time. The customer service and the prices were excellent. If I needed another car I'd would definitely go back. Though the quality of this car was brilliant.
