Just sold my car with these guys, absolutely fantastic service. No haggling, price paid was the price quoted online and the money was in my bank in less than 10mins. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Great experience collecting the car.
I ordered the car online, and received a phonecall from a salesperson in their central office. He did try and sell GAP insurance and paint protection at inflated prices. Otherwise good.
On collection, the handover was smooth, although I could have been more engaged in the conversation with their rep.
Also, figures were brushed over - always best to go through figures slowly and clearly, showing the customer as you do.

From the moment we got there they did it right, left us to look without hassle, they didn't have the car we wanted but found one when we spoke to them, was shipped down from another branch within days, changed plans to suit us so that we could see the car earlier than planned, Antonio even remembered that I joked about putting a white bow on it ... the bow was on, the car was beautiful, everything was seamless, they couldn't do enough for us, the experience was special and can't thank them enough, David who finalised everything was faultless, there were no issues or hiccups, he was brilliant and again couldn't do enough for us, Claire in aftersales was amazing, kept me updated on the answers to any questions..... would I recommend Motorpoint Swansea .... without a shadow of doubt! 😁

Visited here last week & very impressed. Excellent support from staff with being overly intrusive (Ryan), very clean pleasant showroom. Best part exchange offered in all the places we visited. We found a car that met our needs at another company this time but would not hesitate yo recommend or use on another occasion.

Motorpoint Swansea staff were excellent, it is what happens later that prompts me to write a review.
After six months of owning a Ford Vignale Kuga I discovered a Paint defect on the bottom of 3 doors. The car was still under Ford 3 year warranty. I took the car to a Ford body-shop for them to inspect the paint defect. They were ready to submit a claim but then discovered that a paint and perforation check had not been stamped in the service book at the time of the service by Motorpoint.
I then contacted Motorpoint customer care and after nearly a month of emails and phone calls they declined any help with the paint defects.
If Motorpoint are selling cars with manufacturers warranty then please fill in the service book as required and carry out the correct checks as any dealership should do to maintain the warranties
This protracted episode has ended up costing me a lot of money.
Would I buy another car from Motorpoint, yes but I would do more thorough checks before signing away a great deal of money.

The manager Matthew was an absolute pleasure to deal with as were his sales team (Shay on the first day and Jenna on collection day). There was a slight misunderstanding with the numbers that were quoted, however Matthew made sure that everything was redone and reviewed before we were happy to proceed. The vehicle we bought was transported from either Burnley or Manchester and only took 5 days, which we were more than happy with. We used Motorpoint Newport around 7 years ago and always loved that car, this time round I think the professionalism & customer care here outshone that of Newport. I look forward to returning here in a few years to get our next vehicle.

Great shopping experience at the Swansea branch. Knew what we were looking for, we were greeted at the door then left to look around in our own time. Salesman Nathan was waiting when we needed some keys, again, given time to explore our considerations. Finance process was smooth, car was checked over, new discs and pads put on all around, and bonnet painted all before we took collection. Car was delayed due to this but we were kept informed and had a tank of fuel as an apology.

Highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new car, very relaxed and smooth from start to finish.

Really wasn’t impressed by my recent visit. I didn’t even get through the door and a salesman collared me. I had an insulting part ex offer on my car and their cars are all over the average recommended price. Safe to say I won’t be returning
