Just bought my dream car from Robert and his friendly staff the sales team where extremely professional and courteous at all times.
The garage has a wonderful array of cars a fantastic little shop I would have no issues in recommending Robert to anyone.
I believe Robert and his staff go the extra mile to make sure that the customer experience is a brilliant experience mine definitely was thank you I will purchase from this garage again.

I regularly use the car wash (normally once a week, but less so due to the current situation) and i must say it is amazing, always leaves my car sparkling with a nice protective coat. The lady in the shop is always very polite and friendly and is a real credit to the team there. Always happy to change a note up so i can use the car wash if i forget to bring coins. The car wash only takes 50p £1 & £2 coins and £1 gives you 1.30 of wash time. I like to spend a while doing my car with all the different stages and find that £10 gives enough time to give a thorough wash. There is also a hoover there if required but i havent used it yet. The shop is very reasonably priced too with lots of offers on a variety of products, and fresh produce is available too

Very poor communication!!! I had water coming into the passenger floor well exactly one year ago. This was fixed and all was good until I took it through the car wash and water was coming in again! So I rang and spoke to reception about this issue and she said to bring it and they would have a look at it again. They rang and said that it was a soundproof seal or something that had gone this time and if I wanted it fixed they couldn't do it until the first week of October. So I went to pick up the car only to be presented with a bill for having a look at it again. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! I said that this was not mentioned to me regarding a bill for a job that I thought was fixed in the first place. I explained that this should have been mentioned to me at the start of the booking and not at the end! She said it wasn't me you spoke to and I said no, that it was the other lady who I spoke to that was out the back. She made no effort to go and get the other girl and when she finally came back, she didn't see my point at all. Then there was another woman who must have overheard my conversation and decided to talk about warranty work and they don't charge for diagnosing???? So now I'm faced with three women all behind the service desk! Bottom line is that they should have explained given my isolated case that there will be a charge to look at it again. Really rude and a bad experience.

I tried the car wash only once and I failed to get my car properly cleaned, I strongly recommend anyone using it for the first time to ask a member of staff to demonstrate the correct way to get the best results.

Friendly local garage, shop, fuel, car sales and repairs

I would highly recommend Robert Davies Motors for buying a car. They have a great selection, but the best thing is the knowledge you get when you speak to them. We were looking for a car for our son and they could not have been more helpful in trying to help us get the right car.
Their customer service is also among the best I have ever experienced anywhere. The communication was excellent and we really felt that Robert in particular, went above and beyond expectations to help us.

Purchased my Audi 2.0tdi Special Edition from Robert Davies Motors on the 30th December, 2022.
Firstly, from the moment when enquiring about the car to driving away was a very easy, no pressure, honest experience. It was stated that the cambelt and waterpump needed replacing prior to me taking the car home.
This was done, car was washed and all paperwork completed with minimum fuss and hindrance.

Now the car....
It's in a perfect condition, looks like a brand new A4. The quality, and how Robert explained about it's history was second to none. I'm 100% ecstatic about the looks and presentation. Looks stunning...
I'm absolutely smitten with the car.

Used the 'fancy' car wash for 2 vehicles.
Never used it before and despite the instructions it worked out VERY expensive.
It seems to eat pound coins very quickly. The shop staff will change notes for coins. Couldn't get through all the processes as the money ran out so fast.
