First time visit to trade centre Wales, not anticipating on purchasing my first car, was pleasantly surprised and assisted by Suzie, who was extremely welcoming and patient, taking the time to understand what I was looking for, and answering any queries I had, with the outcome of walking out with my first car!! What an amazing sales representative and asset to the business!!

Sales prices are not correct as they say on the radio and also advertised on there Web page for the car you want and for example a 64 plated vauxhall astra car with 60000 miles + on them going for 8 qrand to 10 grand no way rip off and the Apr of 15.9 percentage is very high so even if they do give £2000 pounds off any car you only getting £500 off or less not £2000 if you choose to go with finance option. plus a admin fee with the finance so go somewhere better or buy a new car with a better price and a longer warranty and in safer hands don't be fooled and waste your time here. I'm honest to people and what I have seen with my own eyes and hear. But Nice friendly staff only issue with them is they bother you to much when you are trying to look around when you rather find them if interested as you don't get time to think then, So be on your guard. Don't get tricked as I walked away when I worked it all out.

Great choice of cars, competitive prices, found a real gem of a car! Bobby was really helpful as we picked out the car we decided on and the whole process was quick and easy and the staff in the completions office were excellent too. Thoroughly recommend this dealer.

A great selection of cars at reasonable prices. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff help you find the car that fits your needs. The finance part is not so good though, with some lenders Charging in excess of 45% Apr. Also the aftersales and repair team aren't the best. Took the car back to get the steering and suspension tested as it felt off, was told within an hour that two mechanic's drove it and it was fine only for the power steering to develop an error and throw the car in to limp home mode a week later whilst on the motorway with my partner and son in the car many miles from home.

Was very surprised about the size of the venue and loads of selection of nice looking cars. Being a quite a fussy person the sales rep Chris was very patient and helpful explaining all the ins and outs of each car. Thanks for you help Chris and love my new car
