Large very nice charity shop run by Lovely people. Selling a wide range of good quality products you never knew you needed.

Used to be amazing , like absolutely brilliant , we've been going to the Gloucester Emmaus for years and years now , visiting atleast once a week or so but recently , I'd say in the past month or so , the prices have sky rocketed and there also is barely anything on the shelves compared to what it used to be . I don't know what happened whether it's new management or what but very disappointed with how it's changed . Used to always leave with something but the last couple visits I've left empty handed because of the abused rise in prices and lack of new stock

Not even deserving of a 1 star.
Phoned today to ask about donations and an american lady told me it was fine as it was small stuff despite a sign saying they can't accept donations.
The young lad behind the counter was extremely rude when I arrived and not at all helpful.
I suggest he finds a job that doesn't involve customer service and that the whole place has a good shake down with all staff...

Absolute joke

A remarkable charity warehouse. Always something to buy. Fair prices too. Everything you need for your home. Clothes, shoes etc. A great place to visit

Waste of time. You jump through all their hoops to arrange to donate, specifically ask if they've got capacity for what I have. All agreed. Turn up next morning as agreed and they say no donations.
