Bradley and the team were a joy to deal with from the moment we enquired to driving away with our new van. As we were coming some distance away everything was arranged over the phone and email and part exchange and sales was all completed within a couple of hours.

In a world where it’s hard to trust businesses or people you don’t know, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Van Base in Bristol. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, they actively listen to what you say and genuinely seem to really comprehend what you want or need, and the reasons why.

I’d thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting advice about, or thinking of buying, a pick-up or a van. If you’re lucky enough to see him, Luke was fantastic.

Great Customer service, didn't end up buying a van as i found a private deal, but the boys are doing a great job and very helpful.

Great customer service from Ben! Managed to pick a van, have finance in place and pick up with three days.
There was a minor hold up from finance due to a system error but Ben kept us informed and supplied with tea and coffee while we waited for confirmation.
Very informative and will buy from him again!

Too much deceitful and devious behaviour to mention. Quintessential used carsalesmen interested in one thing.....money.

A definite 5* for Vanbase Bristol team, who were excellent in their sales and customer service. A good selection of decent vans at fair prices, no pouncing on you when you arrive there, no sneakily follow round when your browsing but equally very helpful when you are ready to discuss a vehicle for your need. We found the non push sales approach very appealing. The van bought was immaculate on collection. Really nice guys to talk to, we had Luke as our salesman and Jamie who was the business salesman for insurance, really friendly genuine people. Highly recommend. Thank you.

I purchased a VW Crafter last August from Vanbase and had a good experience. I am based 100 miles away so bought the vehicle from the spec/description on their website. The only thing I was not happy with was being forced to pay extra to join the "owners club". I was not interested in this but I had no choice. When I collected the van it was in good condition and as described.
The owners club membership gave me 6 months RAC warranty so when the van developed electrical problems after 4 months I wanted to use this warranty. None of the RAC approved garages near me would take the job on so I contacted Vanbase sales who told me their aftersales team would deal with this. 3 weeks later I have heard nothing from Vanbase aftersales despite me phoning numerous times and also emailing.
So my view of Vanbase is the product is good but I have been tucked up by being forced to buy "owners club" membership. Also Vanbase are not interested in you once they have your money.

With regards to your response. I emailed complaints last Wednesday.

07.02.23: So here we are another week on and no response. "Reaching out" to complaints@ has not helped.
After weeks of this all I can say to other potential customers of Vanbase is be ready to pay fees you were not expecting and do not expect any help from aftersales.
