Very professional company who deliver excellent service at extremely competitive prices. I've used them for the interior design and decorating for my serviced apartment as well as professional cleaning for my properties. They have a great eye for detail and will go the extra mile to satisfy their client. I highly recommend The Gem House Ltd.

We have tried to communicate with the owner of this property. However, there was no answer. My friend and his Family booked a Apartment via booking.com, but after they have arrived, they didn’t find a key or an answer from the owner. At the moment, they are waiting outside, while it is freezing and the sunset is literally close!

My only advice for anyone wants to book this option, do not do so. It’s fake!

We tried everything, calling the number and Google maps, calling the number and booking.com, sending messages via Booking.com, andcommunicate with customer support and booking.com. However, we received nothing!

Then, After calling The phone number related to this location, I received a sms message, saying that I have to pay £150 extra as an insurance! According to Booking.com policies conditions and rules, this should be explained in the website, and not to communicate with the client via SMS messages or emails. Meaning, all the communications should be between the client and the owner of the property in Booking.com direct messages ONLY.

Obviously, all what me my uncle and his family experienced here was a fraud.

And by the way this is not a fake review mate!

We booked this property over two and a half months ago, for a large group of us. We tried to contact them on several occasions regarding the kitchen and beds within the property. There was a massive lack of communication and they didn’t send us any of the details through. Then just 4 days before we were due to arrive at the property, they cancelled our reservation due to building works. You can imagine the stress that has caused us. We are 8 females alone in London with nowhere to stay! They said they’d be able to supply us with a similar property in the same area but not offering any compensation for the inconvenience. We then received further communication from them, saying they could no longer offer us the replacement property and weren’t able to assist any further. That is atrocious customer service!
As we had already planned and booked things within the area, for my friend’s special occasion, it left us 4 days to find a property for 8 people! The company didn’t offer to pay any of the difference for another property or assist with finding us one, even though building work would surely be booked in advance? If it is emergency repairs, surely you’d try to accommodate people in another property?
We are thoroughly disappointed with their customer service and lack of effort and communication with us. I would like this to be recognised as a formal complaint and dealt with accordingly. Our confirmation code was HMMDRYZDPH

Booked directly over 3 months in advance. 2 months before scheduled vacation, my home is devastated by Hurricane Ian in FL (US). Reached out to company and explained situation (hoping for compassion and human decency). There is still time for this company to repost vacation rental TWO MONTHS in advance and recoup time lost and still provide a customer in need with a refund. The “Director” or employee who reached out to me didn’t even mention their cancellation policy as if I didn’t know how to read it myself. Instead he offered to reschedule my vacation after I just told him my home was destroyed by a natural disaster. Customer service is something that has been lost in today’s business practices unfortunately. It’s safe to say this company is one of them who simply just wants your money. Do not be fooled by pretty pictures. My advice is take the other people’s ratings and mine and DO. NOT. BOOK. THIS. COMPANY.

My daughter book this lovely holiday stay for both of us for 2 nights and was given a code to enter the property on the morning before we stayed. We were both stunned by how beautifully decorated and clean it was. We felt very relax during our stay everything was clean such as towels, sheets and kitchen cutlery. We couldn't have ask for more from our short stay. Thank you Gem House, we will definitely stay again in the near future and will be happy to recommend it to our friends.

I booked with Gem house and had an amazing time with my partner. The host were very quick and easy to communicate with ,the place was immaculate and offered everything I needed to have an amazing time . I will definitely recommend to anyone and without I doubt I will be back to stay in one of their properties.

Very happy with the service I was provided by the Gem House. They were very quick and responsive whenever I had a problem and very easy to communicate with. The instructions to access the properties were very clear and straightforward.
Would recommend and might use again in the future.
Only downside (since we are talking about mainly luxury properties) I would have expected to have a weekly cleaner, which wasn’t the case.
Otherwise, everything was great and their houses are very pretty and fun!
