King Line Cottages - Riverside Holiday Homes

These cottages are fantastic for the disabled right by the water and really well equipped. Clean, warm, quality furnishings, everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Clay and Claire who manage the cottages are amazing nothing is too much trouble, always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Quayside Lodge - not long home after an incredibly pleasant week in Quayside Lodge. The location is great, with scenic views out onto the river and is very close to walks, pubs, Norwich and the beach. What really sets the place apart is the disabled access (ramps, wet room, parking) these were all perfect for elderly relatives or wheelchair access. Looking forward to coming back in future!

Beautiful place and so friendly and helpful. Amazing people and wonderful scenery. The lodge was clean and spacious absolute luxury. The gentleman I supported in a wheelchair throughly enjoyed it and the view it had plenty of space as he has quite a big wheelchair. Thank you so much

My parents have enjoyed a wonderful week at Kate's Lodge. Both Daniel and Clayre were extremely helpful and reassuring. Thank you King Line Cottages for making mum and dad's week by the water a safe and happy one.

Wonderful views of the boats and wildlife from our riverside location. The cottage was clean and well equipped, very accessible too with ramps and also hand grips in the bathrooms. Mom loved the comfy electric recliner to sit in while she watched the world go by! The site manager, Clayre, was extremely helpful and welcoming. Hope to return soon

Eagle Cottage & Annexe were perfect. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to suit our requirements, very clean and spacious. Private parking very convenient too. It's set in beautiful surroundings. Clayre was excellent - answered all my communications very quickly and was very helpful and friendly. Daniel was very helpful too, with my initial enquiries.

Just had a fantastic week in Eagle Cottage, right on the rivers edge so it's perfect for the fishing and really close to the Ferry Inn Pub & The Clubhouse (Lovely Bacon Rolls :P) The main cottage is huge and you get the Annexe outside which has two more separate rooms so the whole site sleeps 9. The Beds were super comfy, loads of sofa's and really nice recliner chars with footstools (My Favourite) Big Smart TV that's connected to the Internet so you can watch Netflix (if you have an Account) and BBC I-player etc. The kitchen was great as well with a superb Dishwasher (No Washing Up for us :P) The whole place was spotless and a Covid cleaning kit with spray etc was supplied to keep everything safe. Plus it's 25-30 min drive to the big Tesco in Stalham or Wroxham (Go Roy's!) or to Great Yarmouth. It's a perfect base location for visiting all over the Broads. And for all you Fishermen & Fisher-woman the fishing is brilliant and don't pay any mind to the boats going by as the fish certainly don't care, I even caught my first Pike (See Pic). and a shout out to Clayre the Manager who had everything ready for us, I saw her out and about around the boatyard always with a big smile on her face. She was very welcoming and Helpful when we arrived and it was sad to say goodbye. :)

We stayed at Kingline cottages in April and had a wonderful time , cottage was everything abs more we had hoped for . Clayre the site manager was extremely welcoming and we loved seeing the boats, herons, All the other wildlife around. We definitely hope to back next year.
